1 ICICI Bank Experience Golf Programme The Experience Golf programme is revised w.e.f. Definitions

2 For the purpose of these terms and conditions ( Terms and Conditions ): Cardholder shall mean an eligible Primary Cardholder of the Programme by virtue of such customer holding a Card. "Card" shall mean ICICI Bank Diamant credit card, ICICI Bank Sapphiro credit card, ICICI Bank Rubyx credit card, Jet Airways ICICI Bank credit card or ICICI Bank Signature credit card which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Programme. Primary Cardholder shall mean eligible customer in whose name the ICICI Bank Credit Card account has been created Supplementary Cardholder" shall mean the cards issued under the Primary Cardholder's account to the Primary Cardholder's family members as per the policy and eligibility. PROGRAMME: This programme is applicable only for the Primary Cardholders of the eligible ICICI Bank s mentioned in Table 1.1. ICICI Bank Diamant members can enjoy unlimited complimentary rounds of golf at listed Domestic/ courses. For other Card/s if the retail spends on the eligible ICICI Bank credit card account is INR 50,000 or more in a calendar month, the Cardholder will be entitled to one complimentary round in the next month. As the new programme comes into effect from October 07, 2017, Cardholders will be eligible for a complimentary round based on eligible October 2017 spends. Similarly, eligibility for subsequent months will be arrived at based on the previous month spends. Cardholders will need to register online at teetimes.golftripz.com using the same ID as registered with ICICI Bank s to make bookings against the complimentary round(s) earned. The complimentary round(s) will be visible in the Cardholder s online account as per the eligibility criteria. If a different ID is used to register at Golftripz to the one registered with ICICI Bank s, the complimentary round(s) benefits shall not be visible to the Cardholder.

3 The eligible customers can view the complimentary round(s) earned in a calendar month by the 10 th of next month in their online account with Golftripz. The validity of each complimentary round will be for a period of 60 days from the day it is updated in the Golftripz account by ICICI Bank. Bookings against the complimentary round will need to done in this period only. The complimentary round validity will not be extended by ICICI Bank beyond the standard 60 day period in any event. A Cardholder can hold a maximum of 1 open booking request under the complimentary round offer on his/her Card. Bookings for the next complimentary round shall be accepted only after the current round is played. A sum of all valid retail, purchase transactions net of reversals across Primary and Supplementary Cards will be considered for arriving at the aggregate calendar month spends to determine the eligibility. For ICICI Bank Sapphiro (American Express + MasterCard), ICICI Bank Rubyx (American Express + MasterCard), Jet Airways ICICI Bank Sapphiro (American Express and Visa), total spends across primary and supplementary cards of both the variants will be considered to determine the eligibility. Only Green fee is complimentary as part of the complimentary round. The Cardholder needs to pay for the caddy, cart fee and any other fee/ charges as applicable at the golf course. The Cardholder can hold only one confirmed golf booking at any point of time under the complimentary round offer. Bookings open 15 days prior to the tee off day and close 2 days / 4 days prior to the tee off day at domestic / international golf courses respectively. This service is provided by a third party vendor ( Golftripz ) engaged by ICICI Bank. Terms & Conditions of ICICI Bank and third parties apply. ICICI Bank is not responsible for the services provided by third parties. BOOKINGS

4 All tee times should be booked in advance through the Golftripz online system teetimes.golftripz.com. No walk-ins or direct payment to Golf Clubs are allowed in this program. Golf clubs will not entertain any correspondence / enquiries and /or attempts for bookings directly from the customers. Golftripz reserve the right to confirm/book alternative golf clubs/alternative tee times due to various reasons such as confirmation delay from client, the first preferred choice no longer being available due to constant & real time changes in tee time bookings and so on. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation with the golf course. No refunds are possible after the round has been confirmed and payment made to the golf course. The golf clubs reserve all rights to fill in any vacant slot with other available and interested golfers for a particular game of golf ( Flight ) without having to inform the golfers who have already made their tee time booking during weekdays or weekends. A minimum of three golfers are compulsorily required in each Flight on weekends (and local public holidays). The golf clubs reserve the right to either refuse a booking of less than the minimum required number of golfers for each Flight or fill in any vacant slots based on demand without having to inform golfers who have already made their tee time booking. Golfers participating in this programme shall be allowed to play with members of the club or any other Green Fee paying guests and use the benefits of this programme, provided that a confirmed golf booking is held by the other players. Access to the golf clubs cannot be used by the participating golfers or their guests in conjunction with any other promotional golf program or to participate in any private event, tournament or any other special golf day arrangement. This golf program is valid for golf course access only to individual golfers and is not valid for any group bookings. Access to the golf club is only limited to the services mentioned in the vouchers and the golfers participating in this program or their guests may not have access to the other facilities at the golf club.

5 Cancellation policy as per the respective golf course policy shall be applicable in case of voluntary cancellation of the confirmed booking by the Cardholder. GOLF FEES/RATES The golf courses listed as part of this program are subject to change

6 Listed Golf Courses reserve the right to change/withdraw/increase or decrease the green fees or services provided under this program at their sole discretion and therefore ICICI Bank is not responsible for any change in listed database or prices. Any change will be communicated via Only green fees is available under this programme. All other services are to be directly paid by the customer to the golf course. The rate and inclusions for the services listed are subject to change. Any compulsory charges such as golf cart fees or caddie fees if not included in the complimentary service provided will be applicable/chargeable by the golf club directly. GOLF CLUB RULES & REGULATIONS The Golf Program is not a golf club membership and is not to be regarded as a golf club membership. ICICI Bank is not responsible in any way for the quality and availability of the service provided by the golf courses Club rules & local rules apply and subscribers to this program should adhere to the same including but not limited to dress code, rules of play and so on All golf courses reserve the right to reject any golfer or restrict their play Golfers are subject to golf club's rules on minimum handicap requirements, producing valid handicap certificates and any other requirements. The golf club reserves the right to reject/restrict play in event of not fulfilling these requirements Golf Courses, both domestic & international, have different rules for access on weekdays and weekends, which will need to be adhered to. Priority on weekends will be provided to golf club members and access to visiting golfers may be restricted subject to their internal rules Rain check policy is subject to the discretion/rules of the golf club. Whether on weekdays or weekends (or public holidays), tee times provided for single or 2 golfers are indicative as the golf course reserves the right to hold them up for a

7 period of time (not beyond reasonable limits) to team the golfer/s up with other golfers to optimize pace of play on the course as per the course policy or otherwise. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS Access to the golf club is only limited to the services mentioned in the vouchers and the golfers participating in this program or their guests may not have access to the other facilities such as restaurant, swimming pool, gymnasium, driving range at the golf club ICICI Bank is not responsible for or liable for any action, claims, demands, losses, damages, cost, charges and expenses which the client may suffer, sustain or incur by any means including but not limited to changes or cancellations of the services provided under this program ICICI Bank shall not be considered liable or in default of providing the golf services if such performance is prevented by adverse conditions, which is beyond its control ICICI Bank and their partners and agents, employees, directors, officers, representatives, shareholders, host golf clubs and other suppliers of goods and services accept no liability from any and all claims for damages for death, personal injury or property damage which the golfer, his/her personal representatives, heirs, next-of-kin, assigns and insurers may have, or which may hereafter accrue, as a result of using the services provided in this program Golfers of this program will be solely responsible for any damage to the golf course/property and will so be solely responsible for their behaviour on the golf course.
