2 On behalf of the El Cid Golf & Country Club, the tournament committee cordially invites you and your golfing friends to participate in the 44th El Cid 2017 Annual Golf Tournament, Nov. 06th to Nov. 12th, while enjoying a fun-filled stay in the beautiful Port City of Mazatlan, Sinaloa, México. The El Cid Golf & Country Club informs all tournament players that the course facilities will be open to them for check in and practice rounds as of Monday Nov. 06th. Senior flight players may choose to play in their respective flights or in the corresponding Men s Flight AA, A, B, C, and D, but not in both. Minimum age for Seniors is 60 years old. Seniors will play with 80% of the handicap. Seniors A and Seniors B will play from gold tees. Maximum handicap for men is 26. Women s Flights will be determined by number of participants. There will be a minimum of eight players per flight. Ladies will have a maximum handicap of 36. Ladies flights will play with 80% of their course handicap. Stroke play: 54 holes under USGA and local rules. Championship, AA, A, B, C and D flight will play without handicap. Golf attire is mandatory during practice rounds and competition rounds. The Tournament organizing Committee reserves the right to make any changes for the improvement of this Tournament without prior notice. PROGRAM Monday, Nov. 06th to Wednesday, Nov. 08th. Breakfast for all tournament participants and guest at the Prime Grill Steak House Clubhouse Restaurant.. Saturday, Nov. 11th Second official tournament day for all flights. No Cut.
