In recent years, we have recognized an increasing demand for corporate access to golf facilities. As golf clubs become busier, more expensive and more restrictive on guest play, the business person who entertains on the course is seeking new and improved ways to meet the expectations of their clients. Traditionally, the company golf tournament is used to achieve entertainment goals with clients and associates, but often it does not provide the right blend of privacy, focus and time flexibility. Similar to the Season s Tickets systems common to most professional sports teams, Corporate Links offers bundles of tickets in varying quantities. Each ticket is valid for one round of golf with cart and is fully transferable so that it may easily be given to a client or an associate. Each ticket will be personalized with your company s name so that recipients of your tickets will associate your name with the great gift you have given to them. In addition, each ticket will be tracked so you will know who the tickets were given to, and when they were redeemed. 7 Day Advanced Booking for Tee Times. Access to the Corporate Links extensive list of Above & Beyond Extras. This will allow you to custom design your next guest experience with numerous items that together will design a day that will meet your enjoyment goals as well as exceed the expectations of your guests. Access to your own Personal Account Executive. Just a phone call away, they are available to custom design your valued guests or associates next experience at Westwood Plateau. Access to the Facility Discount Program at the following Westwood Plateau venues: Fairways Restaurant - 10% OFF: All Food and Beverage (excluding alcohol) Discount applies to regular priced menu items only (minimum order of $5.00) eat in or take out. Maximum of four diners per transaction. Cannot be combined with any other promotion and does not apply to special events. No cash value. 6 P O L I C I E S & P R O C E D U R E S Each ticket must be used in correspondence with a pre-determined reservation and/or tee time. Ticket holders that attempt to redeem a ticket for a round of golf without a pre-determined reservation and/or tee time may be refused access to the golf course at the sole discretion of Westwood Plateau Golf & Country Club. All ticket holder or player names must be provided at the time of reservation booking. In addition, a valid credit card number with expiry date and telephone number must be provided at the time of booking as security. Each Corporate Links account is entitled to send up to 12 guests to Westwood Plateau Golf & Country Club per day. Any booked tee time may be cancelled outside of two days without penalty. Any tee time cancelled inside two days, and unable to be rebooked by Westwood Plateau Golf & Country Club, is the responsibility of the ticket holder and/or person who booked the tee time, and that ticket holder and/or person may be charged the Cancellation fee of $85 per player.the holder of the ticket hereby authorizes Westwood Plateau to charge all cancellation fees incurred to the credit card that is provided at the time of booking. In the event of unplayable weather on the day of play, please contact Westwood Plateau Golf & Country Club for cancellation approval. Each ticket is a revocable license which may be withdrawn and admission refused at any time by Westwood Plateau Golf & Country Club. Resale or attempted resale at any price without the expressed written consent of Westwood Plateau Golf & CC is grounds for seizure or cancellation without refund or other compensation. Westwood Plateau reserves the right at its sole discretion and option to suspend ticket holder privileges based on ticket holder and/or ticket holder guest misconduct. For the use of any golf carts and rental equipment during the 2012 golf season, the ticket holder agrees to hold this Golf Club, and Rental Company or any of its agents free and harmless from any damages or claims of any nature whatsoever that may arise from or through ticket holder use of said Golf Car or Rental Equipment. Each ticket holder represents that they are familiar with the operation and use of said Golf Car, and that they can operate and control the same. Each ticket holder will agree to pay for the cost of repairs, damages or loss sustained to the Golf Car and/or Rental Equipment while under the control or possession of the ticket holder. Westwood Plateau Golf & Country Club requires that all Corporate Links tickets be redeemed during the golf season in which they were issued. Any ticket not redeemed within the season it was issued may be void. Please contact Westwood Plateau Golf & Country Club for further details if required. Westwood Plateau is scheduled to stay open until September 30, 2012 and may remain open after this date if conditions allow. The holder of this ticket acknowledges that they have read and understand the Terms and Conditions for this ticket holder program as stated above.
