Warm friendships, fine dining, spirited competitions and opportunities to unwind are all part of what our members enjoy at the club. Your interest in The Cape Club of Sharon CC comes at an exciting time in the life of our club. New individual ownership as of June 1, 2016 has the club poised to embrace a future that combines today s lifestyles while acknowledging and building upon the successes of its memorable past. No matter the area of interest, we are positioned to excel for our members and their guests. Golf Course exceptional conditions, superior greens and bunker complexes. Numerous club tournaments, including our Three-Day Men s Invitational Member / Guest. Pool expansive pool and pool deck and separate Children s pool and activity area. Tennis vibrant tennis program featuring the rarity of an on-site Pro. Dining exceptional dining and creative year-round Member events. (Cigar and Scotch Dinners, Wine Tastings, Steak and Lobster Night ETC.). Appealing location with proximity to Boston, Providence and Patriot Place. No Initiation fee currently for new 2018 members. No Committees - just fun and relaxation. Some of the proposed plans for The Cape Club of Sharon Country Club: Creation of a new Steak and Sea food restaurant and Sports Bar (beginning January 2018) A new Oversized Patio - with fire pits, attached to the newly-built restaurant and renovated Ballroom. (Phase One) Clubhouse / Ballroom improvements will include marble flooring, wood flooring, revamped lighting, attractive exterior updates, etc. (already completed) Pool Area addition of a resort-style bar and the addition of a small gym room. (Phase Two) Our 2018 Membership categories feature expansive age groups and offer the following choices: Full Family(FF) Individual/Family Pool and Tennis(IFS) Individual(IND) Pool and Tennis (P/T) Senior Generational 1

2 One of the most notable options introduced to our Membership program is the Generational Membership, which is a tremendous alternative for full paying dues members (FF, IFS, IND) and their families. The generational membership program allows a 41+ full paying member to extend the club s privileges to his / her parents, children, children s spouses and grandchildren over 21 years of age in the following manner: Each family member is to pay 50% of the normal dues of the age category they choose. Each family member will have their own personal membership account number. Should the full paying dues member resign or downgrade their membership category, the generational family member will be required to upgrade to full membership or resign. Our new Membership program, coupled with the upcoming creative renovation designs to the property, promises to deliver exceptional services to our members and their guests. One adult locker, one adult bag storage bay. Requested bag storage on availability and requires a fee of $ per year. Adult golf member has access to all Golf and club sponsored events. Non golf members have access to all Pool and Tennis and dining club events. Food Minimum $ per month May thru October. Food minimum for under age 31 members $ per month May thru October. Initiation fee is waived for first 25 new members ($ 10, after that point). Individual Golf Membership: Includes full golf, pool and tennis privileges. Access to all club sponsored events. P/T member is allowed to bring three guests (guest fees applies). Please call Pro Shop to book tee times. Food minimum $ per month May thru October.
