3 SECTION 9 GENERAL RULES (All Moose International Sports Tournaments) 1. Eligibility: Only Loyal Order of Moose and Women of the Moose members holding an active membership at the time of the tournament will be eligible to play and compete for tournament prizes. All players must present a valid photo I.D. and a valid Moose membership card. 2. Good sportsmanship will be the prevailing attitude throughout the tournament. Tournament Director and/or Moose International may recommend disqualification of a player for unsportsmanlike conduct or tactics detrimental to the tournament. 3. Gambling on the tournament is not permitted and will result in disqualification and forfeiture of prize money. 4. No entry forms will be accepted unless all information is entered and entry fees are paid in full, by the established registration deadline. 5. Payment: All remittances must be in the form of a check, money order or credit card in U.S. funds. Checks and/or money orders should be made payable to Moose International and earmarked with the current year ` and name of tournament. 6. Refund Policy: Participants will be eligible to receive a full refund when cancelling prior to the registration deadline date. After this date, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the circumstances. No entry fees will be refunded if it is found that some teams or individuals have failed to comply with all the rules and regulations governing this tournament. This policy will be strictly enforced in all Moose International tournaments. 7. Substitute Policy: In cases of death, injury, sickness, or other emergency, Moose International may approve a substitute s participation. All substitutes must present a valid photo I.D. and a Moose membership card. Moose International will not be involved in the exchange of any monies between the involved parties either relating to registration fees or prize money awarded. Moose International retains the right to authorize and/or decline, any substitute s participation. Substitutes will be authorized to participate without pre-registration as many times as needed for unexpected absences of pre-registered participants. 8. Youth Policy: On occasion, youth may be permitted to participate through a special approval process handled through Moose International. This process involves a notarized waiver and documentation of the youth s age and their relationship to an immediate family member that is an active Moose member in good standing. Youth ages must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times during the event, and the parent/guardian assumes all legal responsibility for the youth s actions. If the youth is 18 or older, he/she assumes full legal responsibility for their own actions by signing the waiver, and will not require full time supervision; but must still provide proof that an active Moose member is an immediate family member. Moose International will review each request on a case-by-case basis to ensure that all criteria are met. Please your request to Assist. Lodge Dress Code: All participants must adhere to the hosting lodge s dress code, and are subject to disqualification if they do not conform to the code when violations are addressed on site.

4 SECTION 10 International Moose Steel-Tip Darts Tournament Rules 1. All players/teams will play under the tournament rules set down by the AMERICAN DARTS ORGANIZATION (ADO), and where necessary, any supplemental rules stipulated by local tournament organizers. 2. Interpretation of tournament rules will rest with the International Activities Committee representative(s), the tournament director and the local tournament organizers. 3. Events shall consist of Mixed Trips; Men s/women s Doubles; Men s/women s Singles and 4 person teams. Schedule of events will be determined by the entry form/schedule as appears on the Moose International website (activities/sports section). 4. Match pairings will be called three times only (minimum of 5 minutes between calls). Should a player/team fail to report to the assigned board within the 15 minutes allotted time, a forfeit will be called. (Exception would be a player/team called to matches in two concurrent events; which would require the player/team to choose in which event they wish to continue play. A forfeit will be called unless that player/team can reach their assigned board within the 15 minutes. 5. Players are responsible for reporting to the assigned board when called by tournament organizers; If the player is not readily available, for whatever reason, or did not hear the announcement, it is not the responsibility of the tournament committee to locate the player s whereabouts to continue play. 6. A maximum time limit of 5 minutes under exceptional circumstances, subject to the notification of the opponent and the chalker, will be allowed in the instance of a player requiring leaving the playing area during the course of match play. This same time limit will apply to the repair/replacement of equipment lost or damaged during the course of a turn. 7. Opponents and chalkers ONLY are allowed inside the playing area. 8. Any player/team who, during the course of any event, fails to comply with any tournament rules will be subject to disqualification from that event. Such disqualifications shall result in forfeiture of entry fees and rights to prize monies.

The lodge will have tournament t-shirts for sale on-site. Darts supplier will be on-site for all your Darts equipment needs. The outdoor area includes a Beer Garden and a cigar vendor who rolls cigars for clients on-site. Breakfast Buffet Saturday and Sunday. Full dinner menu will be available for purchase Thursday, Friday, & Saturday nights. ENTERTAINMENT: D.J. Friday & Saturday Nights from 8-12 p.m. in Social Quarters. Lodge will host a 50/50 Raffle & Basket Raffle. Moose International will also hold a 50/50 Raffle to benefit Moose Charities. Lodge will collect an Endowment Fund to benefit Moose Charities. Vineland, NJ Lodge 434 is a non-smoking lodg with an outdoor smoking area. New Jersey law prohibits patrons to bring in their own alcohol. Therefore, the lodge is strictly a Liquor by the drink lodge.
