All players must be present to be issued a walk up time. Back nine play begins at 8am in Starter s discretion. Play begins at 7am. From 7am to 8:30am, starting times will be issued on a walk up basis. All players must be present to be issued a walk up time. Back nine play begins at 9am in Starter s discretion. Tee times will be available after 8:30am on both courses - see reserved starting times by telephone request policy. Please note every 4th time will be held open on weekends for members and their guests (in accordance with guest play policy.) All players, including guests, must register at the Starter s Desk on the. 2. If advanced starting times have not been reserved, players shall not register until all players in a match report ready to tee off. Matches will start play in order of registration, except that in the Starter s discretion, the Starter may combine twosomes into foursomes. 3. Play shall not commence until the course has been officially opened for that day of play. 4. Not more than four players will be allowed in one match at any time, except when procedures of play are not being enforced. 5. No players shall start at any tee except the first tee without permission of the Starter. When started on the tenth tee, matches returning to the first tee will be assigned by the Starter with matches waiting to start play. 6. Practicing is forbidden on any of the regular tees, fairways, or putting greens on either course. 7. The Golf Professional shall designate the authority for the interpretation of the USGA Rules of Golf. 8. FAMILY MEMBER GUEST FEE WILL BE HON- ORED FOR THE FOLLOWING: 1. Children over age 24 and Children s Spouse 2. Parents and Spouse s Parents 3. Brother and/or Sister. 4. Brother-in-law and/or Sister-in-law. GUEST RULES To insure members greatest freedom and enjoyment of the course, compatible with the pleasure of entertaining guests, certain restrictions are found to be desirable. Accordingly, members are requested to observe the following rules relating to guest play: 1. An individual guest whether accompanied by the same or a different member will be permitted play no more than 8 times during the golf season. This does not include invitationals or other special events. 2. Any exception to the above rules must be approved by the Golf Chairperson. 3. Established green fees will be charged for all guests permitted to play the course except as specified by the Board of Directors. 4. Mini Outing Policy - Mini outings will be permitted Tuesday - Friday (except holidays). Tee off must be completed before 11:30am or after 1pm. No more than 2 mini outings per day will be permitted from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Before and after the specified dates, the number of mini outings shall not exceed 3 on any given day. The number of players is limited to 20. Exceptions to the number of players permitted must be approved by the Golf Services Manager or Golf Chairperson. Mini outings are permitted on weekends before Memorial Day and after Labor Day. Mini outings must be booked at least one week in advance through the Golf Services Manager. GOLF COURSE, PUTTING & DRIVING RANGE DRESS CODE Men Golfers: Golf attire must be in keeping with the Club tradition. No denim, short shorts, cutoffs, string tee shirts, muscle shirts, or other variations from traditional trousers or bermuda shorts and sleeved golf or sport shirts will be permitted. Shirts must be tucked in at all times and hats worn backwards will not be permitted. Bermuda Shorts are permitted Women Golfers: Acceptable attire shall consist of a skirt, slacks or bermuda length shorts with a modest blouse, designer tee shirt or a collared sleeveless shirt. No denim will be permitted at any time. Children: Children are expected to follow the rules posted for our adult members and guests.
