All these Elite points can be easily redeemed with countless exciting rewards. It s that simple! Tier Points: these are based on the amount you pay or recharge and are calculated based on the following example: - Every payment or recharge of OMR = 20 Tier Points. What you do with your Elite points is up to you trade them in or save them up for exciting rewards: Bonus Points: Platinum, Gold and Silver Elite Club Members can earn Bonus Points during Nawras promotions. - Elite Club Platinum Members will earn double Bonus Points at the end of each month. - Elite Club Gold Members will earn 50% more Bonus Points on top of their Tier Points at the end of each month. - Elite Club Silver Members will earn 25% more Bonus points on top of their Tier Points at the end of each month. 7 ELITE POINTS BALANCE Checking your balance is easy, you can do that at anytime by one of the following methods: Call *147*22# and follow the instructions Visit MyNawras to view your activity Visit any Nawras Store ELITE POINTS VALIDITY Your Elite Program points are valid for 2 years. A specialised system will save and count your points. You will receive an SMS from Nawras 90 days prior to the expiry of your points. The SMS will indicate the number of points you have along with the date they will expire. 5

You can get program information and track your account progress by visiting MyNawras webpage. Q2. Can I sign up my family to the Elite Program? Yes, you can sign up anyone as long as they are registered under your ID. Q3. I have a postpaid number through my company. I tried to register for the Elite Program but it doesn t work. Why? Corporate postpaid lines are controlled by your Telcom Administrator and only they can register the number and redeem the points. Q4. I have Home Broadband and I tried to subscribe to the Elite Program but it did not accept, why? In order to subscribe to Nawras Elite with Home Broadband, please visit MyNawras webpage with the number you used to register for Home Broadband. Q5. I have received credit from a friend but I didn t receive the points after using it, why? This program does not apply to credit transfers. Points can only be earned if you make a payment or recharge directly. Q6. I am a new Nawras customer. Am I eligible to join the Elite Program? Yes, all Nawras customers are eligible. Q7. What happens if I subscribe for the Elite Program in the middle of my bill cycle? You will start earning points as soon as you subscribe to the Elite Program. Q8. What happens if I only pay part of my bill? If you only pay part of your bill, you will earn points for the amount that you paid. 6

You will earn points for the payment, plus extra points for the extra amount. Q13. I have more than one Nawras number. Can I enrol all my numbers in the Elite Program? Yes you can. Through MyNawras, all of your Nawras numbers registered under your ID will be listed so you are able register them all. No, it will cost you nothing, as subscription to this program is absolutely free for all Nawras customers. Q12. What rewards will I get from redeeming my points?
