Thank yous to all participants. 3. Indoor bow racks are in progress, one more to be built, then all 3 to go over the hill for powder coating. Ian will repurpose the old racks, Andrews will transport racks to where they need to go. I ll pick them up also, just say where and when. 4. Outdoor lighting, waiting for the weather. Water repairs, waiting for the weather. New business 1. Next board meeting will be in February. 2. Is there interest in a club dinner? Yes. 3. Is there interest in having club members adopt outdoor targets? We ll see. 4. Is there interest in another after dark shoot? Gabrielle would coordinate if there is. There is, the last one was fun. 5. The newly elected but long serving Novelty Chair would like a budget of not more than $400 per year to run novelty shoots. Steve moves, Mike 2nds to do so. 32 ayes, 0 Noes, 1 Abstain (yes I know who you are). Motion passes. 6. Shall we spend a maximum of 800US for aluminum fascia gutter and 2 downspouts for the practice range side of the indoor range roof? Discussion of drainage issues to be addressed. Steve moves, Mike 2nds to do so. Unanimous. 7. The outdoor range donations box is not very visible, and may not be getting used to its full potential. Discussion to move present box, add 2nd box. I believe a committee may have formed, but I m not sure. So far, we are going to add signs to the existing box, and repaint the box in bright, eye catching colors. 8. New members. There were many, not sure who was what, who had done what, or who had what left to do. We voted, it was unanimous. Welcome!
