Southside Master Plan Mandan Park Board awarded Bartlett & West the Mandan Park District Southside Master Plan in December The location at 503 3rd St SW currently has (2) outdated tennis courts that need to be removed, renovation of Faris Field into two ball diamonds, Park Maintenance expansion, (4) youth baseball fields, Memorial Ballpark, and (8) softball fields. The Southside Master Plan committee has met with key stakeholders from baseball, softball and tennis. The committee and user groups are discussing ways to expand the park system and make sure the entire south property is planned correctly.
