The funds raised by this event will be used to continue to provide services to the community including: Caregiver & patient support groups from Yreka to Turlock, California. Annual Alzheimer s Caregiver Conferences & mini-seminars throughout Northern California. A Caregiver Reassurance Program, offering help, support and resources for caregivers The Alzheimer s Caregiver Training Program which assists families & staff with unique approaches to caring for their loved one/patient. In Home Support; which provides temporary incontinence supplies, devices (such as canes, walkers etc.), and legal services. A newsletter put out by the Alzheimer s Aid Society with articles relating to dementia/alzheimer s, caregiver tips, resources and up-coming events. The Practical Guide for the Alzheimer s Caregiver a publication which is a wealth of information for families of newly diagnosed loved ones with Alzheimer s Disease.

The monies raised by this event will be used by the Alzheimer s Aid Society of Northern California to continue to provide services to the community Your Company Can Benefit In Many Ways Branding: Company Name/Logo will be included on promotional materials and through pre-event marketing, messaging on website and through social media, and with prominent signage on the day of the event. Participation: Golf for 8 persons, including dinner afterward with evening entertainment. Formerly a private military course, Mather Golf Course continues to be well maintained and provides an enjoyable course of play. During the tournament, the holes will be staffed with volunteers offering snacks, beverages and entertainment. Afterward, there will be an outdoor barbeque dinner, dancing with a live band, and raffle prizes presented. Dinner tickets will also be sold separately so that non golfers may enjoy the afternoon festivities as well. We know that this will be a viable opportunity for your company to give back to the community and help the Alzheimer s Aid Society of Northern California in raising funds for

This sponsorship will allow you to be positioned on the golf course to promote and distribute information about your business to the golfers during play at our 12 th Annual Golf Tournament at Mather Golf Course.
