Any player wishing to question any timing applied to her must do so with the Referee/Tournament Director no later than 30 minutes after the completion of her round. After this time the record will stand. A player who has been penalised (this includes also verbal warnings after the first Bad Time ) under the pace of play conditions for a third time during a season, will incur a fine of 200 increasing by 100 for each subsequent breach of the pace of play conditions (unless this coincides with a fine for a player who is timed on 5 separate occasions). In addition to the above penalties, any one player who is timed on five (5) occasions during the season, will be fined 500 and for each further timing the player will be fined an additional 200. From the commencement of the 2018 Season, any player who is fined for breaches of the Pace of Play Regulation during the current season, will, in the event of a similar breach during the following season, have the applicable fine levied at double the amount.
