2 Orlando Café Style Lunch Package 2 This is a special group package that is available for corporate lunches At $45.00pp plus gst this package is designed to cater for all groups and businesses wanting to mix a bit of business with pleasure at the end of a conference or just a catch up with colleges at the Orlando Lake House. Included is an activity of your choice with plenty of time to enjoy a relaxed lunch and glass of wine or beer on us. Includes an Orlando activity & café style lunch at the Lake House Subject to availability through 2016 As well as the Lake House Cafe menu, each package allows you to nominate one of the following included activities for your group (you may purchase alternative or extra activities including the Archery): 4 hole social golf - often used for the non-golfers, this can be played with a larger team as well to keep it social and fun. 9 holes of golf - competitions including longest drive, closest to the pin etc. Driving Range Competition Croquet Competition Petanque Competition (or casual self help if you wish as an extra time filler - no charge). Jenga Competition (or casual self help if you wish as an extra time filler - no charge). Available extras: refreshments / dessert / drinks cart and pre lunch canapes etc. plus extra activities if required. We will allocate times to each group but allow for 2.5 to 3hrs for lunch and activities. This package runs from 10:30am to approx. 3:30pm weekdays or other times if available. 3 Afternoon Driving Range & Drinks 3 Subject to availability - requires minimum of 4 guests. If you wish to squeeze in a few weekday or even weekend drinks & a social hit on the range with your work colleagues you can now book out a spot on the range between 3:00pm & 5:00pm for your work do. We will set aside a mat, clubs, seating or leaners to suit inside a fenced off V.I.P area - plus we will even line you up with a bucket of Ice to keep the beer & wine cold. Then we will load you up with as many driving range balls as you can hit off during your allocated time. Plus we will even give you a platter of Orlando wedges for every 4 guests. Add-on s Pricing: $20.00per person per hour plus gst for the first hour ($10.00 per 1/2 hour thereafter) We will also have heavily discounted beer, wine & bubbles available during the first hour to help keep the atmosphere at its best. Price includes all club hire, balls, tables & seating within a fenced V.I.P area. Matt allocation is based on 6 guests per mat (ie 7 guests 2 mats & 13 guest 3 mats) 4 hole golf with social sized groups to keep it fun - add $10pp. Keen golfers can opt for 9 holes instead of the above 4 holes social golf at $15pp (subject to availability) Add archery for an extra $17.50pp Add full driving range competition $5.00pp (balls and clubs are included in the package) Drinks cart for golf POA Some T s & C s Your un-limited supply of golf balls can only be used on the mat(s) hired by your group, As the Orlando wedges are allocated on a per person basis, we have allowed for 4 people to each platter, allowing for further orders including a variation in platters or added menus to suit individual group requirements at cost. No alcohol is to be brought on the grounds, carpark or any other part of the property belonging to Orlando Country Club. Food is only included in the first hour of hire. The pricing of the add-ons are only available in conjunction with the above package. Any abuse of the driving range rules will result in the removal of all clubs & balls as we do take health & safety extremely seriously. Stag or Hen party events must be on a first port of call basis only. All prices exclude GST except for drink prices which are inclusive of GST

4 Terms and Conditions 4 General Function Terms, Conditions and Important Information Please make sure you have read and agree with these terms and conditions prior to confirming a booking with Orlando Country. We request that you keep within 10% of numbers booked in and we reserve the right to charge for a minimum of the original number booked in with us. Early notification may allow us to plan ahead, to fill spaces and in some cases, at our discretion, keep this charge to a minimum. All final numbers need to be with us 7 to 10 working days (we prefer 10 days) prior to your function, this is the minimum number you will be charged for. Please advise us at this time of any guests that have special dietary requirements. We reserve the right to charge a venue hire if your event requirements alter. Payment is due the day of your function, or by prior arrangement an invoice may be issued with a payment due date. Please note: All unpaid accounts will incur interest charges at a rate of 1.6% per month with all collection costs added to the amount owing. Preferred payment is by internet transfer with payments made by credit card will incur an administration charge. Notes: - Food and alcohol is forbidden to be brought onto the property. - Your guests are more than welcome to leave their cars on site overnight if they wish. - All function costs are allocated to one A/c unless by prior arrangement. - Any damages incurred by your guests will be added to your final A/c. - Please note that guests consuming alcohol prior to arrival may not be allowed to stay on the premises and participate in the activities. All package menus are preset and do not allow for alterations but do allow for special dietary requirements to be catered for, so please let us know in advance if any of your guests require this. However if you do have exclusive use of the venue for your function we are happy to discuss options. Can we just arrive when suits us? No, sorry the packages are based on set itinerary s and we request that you please try to keep to this as best as possible so that your guests don t miss out on portions of the evening and other groups or guests are not inconvenienced. If however you have exclusive use for the evening then we are happy to work in around your specific needs if possible. The itinerary is based on a set number of hours that reflect the length of time most groups require for their function and we reserve the right to either reduce, increase or charge accordingly for any extra time requested. Can you arrange transport for us? We can directly pass on some exclusive rates that are available to us via taxi & bus companies. What are our payment options? An invoice can be issued to existing clients of Orlando Country and new clients are more than welcome to contact us to discuss options. Can we alter the packages to suit our groups requirements? Yes, provided you have exclusive use of the venue for your event alterations may be possible, please enquire to discuss possible options.

6 Frequently Asked Questions 6 Can we bring our own Food and Alcohol No food or alcohol is to brought onto the property without the express permission of management. This includes anywhere within the property owned by the Orlando Country Club and includes all access ways, carparks and the golf course - Birthday cakes are an exception, please enquire. (In order to protect our license, your group will be requested to leave the property if this does occur). Your guests are more than welcome to leave their cars on site overnight if they wish, although this is at their own risk. All function costs are allocated to one A/c unless by prior arrangement. Any damages incurred by your guests will be added to your final A/c. Please note that guests consuming alcohol prior to arrival may not be able to participate in the activities. Is there a discount for children? We do not have provision for child discounts sorry. What age restriction do you have? We don t have a definite age restriction although we assume common sense would prevail in relation to consideration for other guests. All guests under the age of 18 must be introduced to our duty manager on arrival and all children under 16yrs must be fully supervised by an adult at all times. We request that all guardians report to us on arrival so that we can point out all danger areas within the property and advise on safe boundaries to keep children within. Can we run a bar tab for our group? That s not a problem - we have options available for either cash bar, or bar tabs - please let us know in advance and we can set this up for you. Can we have the Venue to ourselves? Minimum numbers & conditions apply for exclusive use, so please feel free to contact us to discuss.
