The 10 th Mission Hills Golfathon will be held from May 1 through September 30, Launched in 2004 to celebrate Mission Hills recognition as the world s largest golf club, the Golfathon offers the opportunity to play the club s 10 award-winning golf courses in Shenzhen & Dongguan. Over the past 9 years, Mission Hills Golfathon has attracted nearly 40,000 participants from more than 30 countries competed over courses designed by golf legends like Jack Nicklaus, Greg Norman, Nick Faldo and Annika Sorenstam. Tournament Venue All Mission Hills Golfathon 2013 matches will be played out over 10 of the Club s 12 signature championship courses, subject to availability (World Cup, Olazabal, Vijay, Faldo, Ozaki, Els, Annika, Duval, Norman and Leadbetter courses). The Golfathon Committee reserves the right to alter the match courses to meet its members needs. Tournament Duration Qualifying: May 1, September 30, 2013 (Monday - Friday, except Hong Kong public holidays) Eligibility to Enrollment - Open to all amateur players. - All players must properly register for the tournament by completing the Tournament Entry Form and submitting it to the Tournament Office, Mission Hills Golf Club, China by September 23, / 6

All participants must have valid proof of handicap. Players shall be grouped into the divisions according to their gender and age (as of January 1, 2013). Men aged 50 and above with a handicap of 18 and below may declare to play in the Men s Division if they wish to tee off from the Blue Tee. This should be declared on the Entry Form. Tournament Format The format of play shall be 180 Holes Individual Double Peoria Stroke Play Competition. Qualifying All players are to complete the 10 matches on the World Cup, Olazabal, Vijay, Faldo, Ozaki, Els, Annika, Duval, Norman and Leadbetter courses, in any order. After completion, the net score of each of these qualifying matches shall be added together, giving the cumulative total net score of the player. All players are to complete the 10 qualifying matches on or before September 30, A total of 100 players shall qualify for the Mission Hills Golfathon Grand Final 2013 and receive a surprise gift: Men s Senior Division Top 15 Men s Division Top 50 Ladies Division Top 15 Juniors Division Top 10 Next Best 10 Top 10 (10 other players with the best scores from any division who have not qualified based on the above) Tournament Final The date of the Tournament Final is scheduled for October 13, 2013(subject to change with prior notification) and shall be played over the Olazabal Course in Handicap Stroke Play format. The Handicap will be based on 80% of the average Handicap of 10 qualifying matches. The overall Champion of the tournament shall be determined by the player with the lowest gross score in the final 18 holes competition on the Olazabal Course. A prize presentation dinner shall be arranged for all finalists. Pairings To ensure acceptable scores, all pairings must be supervised by the Competition Committee in such a way that players shall act as markers for each other in each golf round. Therefore, a minimum of two players per flight is required. Tournament Results The decisions of the Tournament Committee and the Tournament Director regarding any disputes, rulings and results are valid and final. Golfathon Passports Passports will be issued by Member & Guest Services Office from May 1, Membership Cards or ID Certificates will be required for the issuance of Golfathon passports. Golfathon passport is valid for holder ONLY. Any infringement will be forfeited without refund and the holder will be disqualified from the tournament. An administration fee of RMB100 for each Golfathon passport replacement shall be levied. Details please refer to Member & Guest Services Office at (86 755) , ext or to: 2. Tee Time Reservation Policy All participants are encouraged to reserve their tee time for the Golfathon rounds 10 days in advance in order to avoid disappointments. Tee time cancellation should be made 48 hours in advance. Check in Policy Members: Members must present their Golfathon passports and membership cards to the golf reception for registration and show to Caddie Master and Starter. Non-members: Non-members must present their Golfathon passports and ID certificates to the golf reception for registration and present to Caddie Master and Starter. 4. The Tournament - All tournament rounds are to be played during WEEKDAYS (excluding Hong Kong public holidays). - Iron Man contestants must finish the 10 qualifying golf rounds within 5 days (Monday to Friday only, excluding Hong Kong public holidays). - Night golf rounds are not valid for Golfathon competition. - Cart fee included in the package is for twin share. - A minimum of two players per flight shall be required. 5. Golfathon Scorecards Golfathon scorecards will be issued at the Starter of each golf course. All participants are required to fill in their names, scores and the other details clearly and submit the scorecards into the Golfathon Scorecard Return boxes in the clubhouse after playing each round. Failure to submit scorecards or submission of scorecards with unclear names, scores and other details will result in disqualification from the Golfathon Final. 4 / 6

Incomplete Rounds For any Golfathon round that cannot be completed due to inclement weather and requires closure of the golf courses, the participant may opt to resume the golf round when the weather permits ONLY on the same day, or to void the incomplete Golfathon round. In the latter instance, the player needs to pay for the holes played: member (who played on privileges course) and Junior at RMB 360/18holes; member (who don t played on privileges courser) and the guest at RMB 830/18holes. 7. Suspended Memberships Suspended membership cannot purchase the Golfathon package at member s rate until the membership status is re-activated. If the membership is suspended during the Golfathon period, his/her participation in Golfathon shall be terminated and that no refund of the entry fee paid shall be arranged. 8. Exclusive Policy Golfathon packages cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers. 9. Tournament Withdraw Policy Withdrawal of Entry is allowed subject to the following terms and conditions: - Withdrawal before May 1, 2013, no withdraw fee shall be levied. - Withdrawal during May 1, 2013 to September 23, 2013, 15% of the entry fee shall be levied (however, during this period, withdrawal within 7 days of registration is allowed without withdraw fee). - Withdrawal is only allowed before the first Golfathon round is played. - A Withdraw Application Form must be filled in and signed by the participant and submitted to Member & Guest Services Office together with the Golfathon passport, green fee voucher and gifts (if applicable). Each withdraw application shall be subject to review and confirmation by Golfathon Committee according to above terms and conditions. Withdrawal of Entry is NOT allowed in the following conditions: - No withdrawal is allowed after September 23, If the participant has started or finished any of his/her Golfathon rounds, no withdrawal is allowed, and the entry fee is NOT refundable. 10. Statement - Mission Hills reserves the right to limit the number of entries and modify the terms and conditions herein and tournament rules and regulations anyway it deems fit and necessary at its full discretion. - The Golfathon Committee reserves the right to disqualify any player for making a false statement or claim on the entry form or scorecard. - Mission Hills reserves the right to interpret any of the tournament rules and regulations, terms and conditions set forth herein and makes decision on any disputes arising therefore which shall be final.
