3 WELCOME TO LAKE TOXAWAY COUNTRY CLUB For over a century, Lake Toxaway has been a popular retreat for thousands of discerning travelers. In the early 1900 s, such notable personalities as Henry Ford, John D. Rockefeller and Thomas Edison spent significant portions of their summers vacationing here. Today, families from all over the world still find tranquility and rejuvenation while visiting this enchanting destination. D R E S S CO D E GOLF COURSE AND LEARNING CENTER Proper golf attire is required. Shirts must be worn at all times. T-shirts, tank tops, brief shorts, or jeans are not appropriate. Jeans, if clean and in good repair, are permissible for juniors (ages 10 years and younger). Proper golf shoes are required. Every player must have a set of clubs and golf bag. Rental clubs are available. Repair ball marks, rake bunkers, and replace divots. Allow faster players to play through. Twosomes and single players should not expect to play through foursomes. Should you wish to play a quick round of golf by yourself or as a twosome, we suggest you play before 8:30 AM or after 3:00 PM. Groups stopping for lunch at the turn lose their standing on the golf course and must check in at the pro shop before proceeding to the #10 tee.

Reservations may be made one day in advance. Reservations are limited to 1-1/2 hour time slots beginning at 9:00 AM. Court maintenance schedule will be posted in the Tennis Pro Shop. Court maintenance will take precedence over all play. Guests must sign in at the Tennis Pro Shop prior to beginning play. Private and Group Lessons Re-stringing Adult and Child Clinics Ball Machine D R E S S CO D E Proper tennis attire is required. Only regulation tennis shoes may be worn. Basketball, running, or other shoes with similar soles are prohibited. Shirts must be worn at all times.

7 C R O Q U E T CO U R T T I M E S A N D R E G I S T R AT I O N Reservations are required and are limited to 1½ hour time slots beginning at 9:00 AM. Closed on Wednesday morning for maintenance. CO U R T F E E S Accompanied Guest of Full and Social Member... $10 Unaccompanied Guest/Renter... $30 D R E S S CO D E Traditional croquet attire is all whites and is required. Tennis shoes or lightly treaded flat shoes are suitable. No heels or flip-flops at any time. RULES AND ETIQUETTE Children must be at least 12 years of age to play. The croquet lawn may never be used for any activity other than croquet. Loud, boisterous, or profane language will not be tolerated. Players are responsible for returning all used equipment to the storage shelter at the end of play.

8 POOL HOURS OF OPERATION 10:00 AM-5:00 PM Daily May 25 - September 4 (weather permitting) RULES All persons using the pool do so at their own risk. Parents or guardians shall be responsible for the proper supervision and conduct of their children. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Running, playing tag, ball playing, hazardous activities, pushing, dunking and dangerous games, within the pool area are strictly forbidden. Loud or boisterous activities are prohibited. Diving is not permitted. All persons must sign in prior to using pool.

9 R E G I S T R AT I O N & F E E S Before using the fitness center all guests must sign in and present their guest card. A health history form must be completed and in some cases a medical release form will be required prior to using the facility. F I T N E S S Guest of Full Member...No Charge Accompanied Guest of Social Member...$15 Unaccompanied Guest of Social Member/Renter...$20 Call the Fitness Center for hours of operation, personal training opportunities, hiking and class schedule. Weekly and Monthly packages, massage services and fitness classes are available. Call the Fitness Center for details. D R E S S CO D E Fitness attire and footwear required. RULES AND ETIQUETTE Guests under the age of 16 require adult supervision. Minimum age for participation in fitness classes is 13. Pregnant women must obtain a medical release form from their physician before beginning or continuing an exercise program. No person under the influence of alcohol or drugs is allowed in the fitness facility. Please refrain from eating while working out.

10 D I N I N G Call the Club for dining and bar hours of operation and meal options. R E S E RVAT I O N S Reservations are required for all evening dining at the club and special events. Please honor all reservations. Guests who fail to honor their reservations may be subject to a cancellation fee. Reservations are not accepted for lunch, however, special arrangements are required for parties larger than 10. LU N C H A N D E V E N I N G D I N I N G * Golf, tennis and croquet attire are acceptable. Collared golf or knit polo shirts should be tucked in before entering the dining areas. Dress slacks are preferred. Denim pants are acceptable if clean and in good condition for both ladies and gentlemen. Women s attire will be in good taste. Children and Juniors must be neatly dressed. *T-shirts with messages and/or large graphics, swim wear, cut-offs, workout gear, flip-flops, sweats or clothing with holes, ripped or frayed edges are not permitted at any time. Men are not permitted to wear hats. Women and children under 12 years are permitted to wear hats. I M P O R TA N T I N F O R M AT I O N A service charge of 20 percent (20%) will automatically be added to all dining room checks. Animals are not permitted in the dining rooms, on the porches, or any other Club area where food service is taking place except for service animals. Verbal Cellular telephone usage is not permitted in the Club s dining areas. Cell phones may be used for text messages, or internet access anywhere as long as no sound is emitted.
