Club Members rights to use the facilities at the Golf Resort are subject to the Golf Resort s rules and regulations in effect from time to time and the Golf Resort may in its sole discretion prohibit any person who violates such rules and regulations from using any of such facilities. The definitive agreements provide that the Golf Resort may modify or discontinue providing hotel amenities and services to members at any time without notice if it modifies or discontinues the general availability on such amenities and services to its overnight guests. Such services may also be discontinued based on certain agreements among Troon, Club Owner and the owners, tenants, affiliates and managers of the Resort Hotel and the Beach Hotel. Please refer to the Club Membership Plan and the Club Rules for a summary of all of these provisions. All services will be charged to members at the prevailing rates than charged to hotel guests for such services. Signature Members may reserve tee times ten (10) days prior to play date on the Resort Course only from November 1 through April 30 as visiting golfers. Signature Members have Member privileges from May 1 through October 31 on the Resort Course (see fee schedule). ASSOCIATE CLUB PREVIEW PROGRAM The Associate Club Preview Program is a one-year trial Golf Family Membership Program. The Associate Club Member pays $12,875 plus sales tax for one-year from the date of application. They receive full golf privileges for one-year. At the end of the one-year trial membership program, they have the option of purchasing an Associate Club Membership (non-refundable) or the Medallion Membership (refundable). The Associate Club Preview Membership is a one-time offer and cannot be renewed. MEDALLION MEMBER GUEST APPRECIATION DAYS Tiburón will be hosting three guest appreciation days in Medallion Members may bring up to three guests for a cart fee only rate. Call the Golf Shop at (239) to book your tee time or register in the Members locker room. Signature Members, and Social Lessees are not eligible to participate in Medallion Member Guest Appreciation Days. CADDIE CONCIERGE PROGRAM We are excited to introduce the Tiburón Caddie Concierge Program. A Caddie Concierge is a knowledgeable, professional attendant, providing a distinguished level of service who is positioned in the fairway and will provide all members of the group with locating golf balls to help maintain the proper pace of play. They will assist with yardage, line of play and services around the green. From November 1 - April 30, a Caddie Concierge will be required on the Resort Course from 7:30-11:30am. Medallion Members playing the Resort Course during this time period will be required to have a Caddie Concierge. Caddies are optional on the Member Course throughout the day. Caddie Concierge Fees - Medallion Members An additional $20 fee per Member for one Caddie, two-player minimum. A $40 fee will be applied to single players. Each additional Caddie requested for a group is $20 per Member. Caddie Concierge Fees - Member Guests An additional $30 fee per Member Guest for one Caddie. Each additional Caddie is $30 per guest per group. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL INITIATION FEES, ANNUAL DUES AND GOLF FEES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. All Membership and Golf Fees and Dues are subject to Florida Sales Tax (6%) and change without notice.
