1 TOURNAMENT INFORMATION TEHBOTOL SOSRO INTERNATIONAL JUNIOR GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP December 2013, Senayan National Golf Club, Jakarta ORGANIZER The organizing committee (hereinafter referred to as committee ) of TEHBOTOL SOSRO INTERNATIONAL JUNIOR GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP 2013 (hereinafter referred to as championship ) VENUE The championship will be played at: Senayan National Golf Club Jl. Asia Afrika Pintu IX Senayan, Jakarta Pusat T , F TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE Sunday Dec 15 th, Registration Monday Dec 16 th, Registration Official Practice Round Technical Meeting Press Conference Opening ceremony & Welcome Dinner Tuesday Dec 17 th, Tournament day 1 (all age group) Wednesday Dec 18 th, Tournament day 2 (all age group) Thusday Dec 19 th, Final Day Tournament (Group A- B Boys and Girls) Sosro Fabrique Tour (Age Group C and D) Golf Clinic Prize Presentation & Closing ceremony ELIGIBILITY The championship is open to all junior golfers who have not reach 18 years old on December 17 th, 2013 and similarly for their age groups. All entries must conform with all respect to The Rules of Amateur status as approved by R&A Rules limited. SIZE OF FIELD The field shall be limited to 120 players based on first come first serve system upon receiving and acceptance of application. The committee reserves the right to refuse any entry without assigning any reason for such refusal. Decision of the committee as to acceptance and refusal of any entry shall be final.

2 RULES OF PLAY The championship will be played in accordance with the rules of golf as approved by the R&A with the local rules as approved by the committee. FORMAT OF PLAY The championship shall be decided by stroke play over 3 rounds of 18 holes, subject to the committee s right in the event of circumstances which make the playing of 54 holes impracticable, to cancel any round or rounds at it s direction. No players cut will be made after 36 holes. A team event for boys and girls will be held in conjunction with the championship. Players will play according to the following age groups: Boys Division Group Age HCP Limit HCP Index Class A years old 12 or lower 10.9 or lower Class B years old 16 or lower 14.4 or lower Class C years old 20 or lower 18.9 or lower Class D under 10 years old 25 or lower 22.8 or lower Girls Division Group Age HCP Limit HCP Index Class A years old 12 or lower 11.5 or lower Class B years old 16 or lower 15.2 or lower Class C under 11 years old 25 or lower 22.8 or lower Team Event Boys Team Each boys team must comprise of 2-3 players, any combine group A and B. the best 2 score every round shall be the teams score for the championship. The team returning the lowest combine gross score for rounds of the championship gross score for 3 rounds of the championship shall be the winner. Girls Team Each girls team comprise of 2-3 players, any combine group A and B, the best 2 score every round shall be the teams score for the championship. The team returning the lowest combine gross score for 3 rounds of the championship shall be the winner. Trophy will be granted to five (5) Best Score of Boys Classes A, B, C, D. Trophy will be granted to three (3) of Girls Classes A, B, C. Team Event: Trophies will be granted to the boy s team and girl s team with the team submitting the lowest combine gross score over the 3 rounds: CHAMPION RUNNER-UP 1 st RUNNER-UP ENTRY FEE, CLOSING DATE and CADDIE All entries must be made on the official prescribed entry form, which must be certified by the captain or secretary of the participants Club or Golf Association. 4 WITHDRAWAL and REFUND POLICY Refund will be given only for withdrawals on or before closing date. Withdrawal after date is not refundable DRIVING RANGE Senayan Driving Range available, approximately 5 minutes by car form hotel and golf course, we will provide shutle from hotel-driving range and Golf course Ball rent in the morning IDR /bucket (100 balls) aprox 6 USD Ball rent afternoon IDR /bucket (balls) aprox 8 USD STORAGE We will not provide golf bag storage in the Club House OFFICIAL HOTEL Century Park Hotel Jl. Bus/Transportation schedule will be available from airport to Official Hotel, if the players stay on Official Hotel on tournament week. Commite will not provide bugies during tournament week. All galleries during tournament should walk on the cart path after signing disclaimer on the club house
