3 Membership Type: Family (Limited to 75 including 10 Senior Family) At the beginning of each calendar year, the family shall designate one (1) A member and one (1) B member. The B member shall be either a spouse/domestic partner or child over the age of 16. The A member must be at least eighteen (18) years old and shall have all of the rights and privileges of an Individual A member. The designated B member shall have all of the rights and privileges of an Individual B member. 5 Membership Type: Junior (Limited to 25) Persons twelve (12) to eighteen (18) years of age or over eighteen (18) and attending school or full-time college student through age twenty-three (23). 6 Membership Type: Social (Limited to 20) Application Fee: $ n-refundable Golf Privileges: Restricted Must select Option A or Option B upon acceptance as a Social Member and upon annual renewal in vember. Option selected applies for the entire year. Must sign log book in Pro Shop before playing. Option A Option B Can play four (4) rounds per month during the playing season. One (1) round each month can be played on the weekend after 3:00pm. One (1) of the (4) rounds each month is at no charge and the other three (3) require payment of the applicable greens fee. A round is defined as any time the Social member is on the golf course playing, up to a maximum of eighteen (18) holes in one (1) day. Must be a current member in good standing for twenty-five (25) consecutive years and must have reached age seventy (70). Can play eight (8) rounds of no more than nine (9) holes per month during the playing season. Two (2) rounds each month can be played on the weekend after 3:00pm. Four (4) of the (8) rounds each month are at no charge and the other four (4) require payment of the applicable greens fee. A round is defined as any time the Social member is on the golf course playing, up to a maximum of nine (9) holes in one (1) day. 9 OTHER AMENITIES AND FEES Pro Shop: Lincoln Country Club offers an on-course fully stocked pro shop staffed by a PGA professional. It is our goal to fully support this relationship, and to that end, all members are assessed $50.00 in March, which they agree to spend on merchandise in the pro shop. A credit for $50 will be available in the pro shop beginning in April. Our pro offers lessons and clinics, and runs our tournaments. Clubhouse/ Restaurant minimums: Lincoln Country Club has a full kitchen and dining facility staffed by a private vendor. In accordance with our contract with the vendor, each membership category is required to spend a minimum amount of money per month on food or drink, or be billed for the difference. Accrual shall be from the first day to the last day of the months of April thru October. The restaurant does not offer any credit services; it is strictly pay as you go. The restaurant may be booked for private functions. Guests, guest fees and golf cart rental: Members must register all guests in the pro shop. An individual guest may only play once on a weekend and twice during the week in any given month. You may not bring more than one guest on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday & Holidays) before 3:00 unless you receive prior approval of the Board of Governors. Guest and cart fees are invoiced with your monthly statement. It is important that all guests abide by the Lincoln Country Club Course Rules.

12 I, the undersigned, hereby apply for membership and I hereby agree to pay annual dues, assessments, and other related charges in effect at the time of acceptance by the Board of Governors of said membership in accordance with the terms set forth by Lincoln Country Club. This application, when accepted by Lincoln Country Club and its Board of Governors, shall constitute a binding agreement and shall remain in effect and subject to all rules and regulations as may be approved by Lincoln Country Club. If my membership application shall be accepted and approved, I agree to pay all charges for membership when they are due. I further agree that unless I inform Lincoln Country Club, in writing, that I no longer desire membership beyond October of any year, I am obligated to pay all dues, charges and legal fees related to the following year. I hereby agree that my dues are payable annually on December 1 st each year; however, as a convenience to the members of Lincoln Country Club, and if the Board of Governors allow, I may pay such dues semi-annually, quarterly, or monthly as I so desire.
