1 FALL 2015 Dear Prospective Member, It is with great pleasure that the management of The Pennsauken Country Club would like to extend to you an invitation to join Pennsauken Country Club as a golf member for the 2016 season. The calendar year for memberships here at the facility runs April 1 st thru March 31 st. However, new members may begin utilizing their membership immediately upon the remittance of their membership dues. Once again, the country club will be offering an EARLY IN incentive for new members whereas the 2016 memberships will be available for purchase beginning on November 1, Should you decide to take advantage of this unique opportunity, your membership will be valid from November 1, 2015 thru March 31, 2017 (17 month golf membership in your first year as a member). Upon deciding to join as a golf member, please fill out the application for membership in its entirety and return it along with payment in full to any of our pro shop staff members at your earliest convenience. PLEASE NOTE: Remittance for golf memberships can be paid via cash, check, money order or credit card. If you choose to pay with a credit card, a convenience fee of 5% will be added to your membership cost. Once you have joined the facility as a golf member, a packet will be mailed to you that will include your membership card (with your designated membership number), membership bag tag as well as other notices to help you fully enjoy your membership. If you should have any questions regarding any aspect of the facility prior to joining, please feel free to call or stop in the pro shop to speak with a member of the pro shop staff. The staff prides itself on the level of customer service it provides and certainly would be more than willing to provide you with the appropriate answers to all of your questions. PLEASE NOTE: We will be limiting our membership capacity to 275 members. Based on the 260 members we had in 2015, this would leave room for 15 new members for Once our capacity has been reached, a waiting list will be utilized to fill any vacancies going forward. CLASS G CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP $ 3, rounds of golf (excludes golf cart rental) purchased at the reduced greens fee rate of $ per round. 1) Rounds are transferable. 2) This classification of golf membership does not entitle purchaser to advance tee time reservations. 3) Redemption of corporate golf membership rounds not valid for pre-booked groups such as tournaments.

3 PENNSAUKEN COUNTRY CLUB RULES and REGULATIONS for ) Proper attire is greatly appreciated by the management. For all players, permissible footwear will include NON - METAL / PENETRATING or SPIKELESS golf shoes or sneakers. 2) Rain checks will be not be granted if inclement weather has been forecasted or is imminent. 3) All golf members are required to sign in prior to beginning play. 4) All daily fee customers are required to register in the pro shop prior to beginning play. 5) All players must register with the starter prior to beginning play. 6) All daily fee customers must retain their receipts until their round has been completed. 7) All players must begin play on the first tee unless permission has been received from the pro shop staff and or starter or unless there is an alternate starting point designated by the pro shop staff. 8) Absolutely no more than four (4) players per group will be permitted unless authorized by the pro shop staff. 9) All players are expected to be aware of The USGA Pace of Play Rating noted on the scorecard. Accordingly, all players are expected to complete their round within this established timeframe. 10) All groups must keep their position on the course behind the group in front of them, not in front of the group behind them. 11) Slow groups falling behind by more than the one hole spacing provided at the beginning of their round will be asked to pick up the pace of play and thereafter, will be asked to pick up their balls and move forward to the correct position. 12) Alcohol is prohibited from being stored in any locker that is the property of the facility. 13) No coolers will be permitted on the golf course. 14) Each player must have their own set of clubs and golf bag. Players are not permitted to share a set for any reason. 15) Abuse to the golf course will not be tolerated for any reason. Any player found to be inflicting abuse will be asked to leave the premises immediately. 16) Flagrant language directed at an employee or customer will not be tolerated for any reason. 17) The infliction of physical harm against any customer of the facility is FORBIDDEN! Should this occur, said individuals will be asked to depart the premises immediately and if needed, the local authorities will be notified. 18) All players must be considerate of their surroundings during the course of their round. 19) A maximum of two players and two golf bags will be permitted for those players renting motorized golf carts. 20) Individuals who rent a motorized golf cart as a single are not permitted to give rides to those players who are walking. 21) Motorized golf carts must be kept outside all areas designated by directional signage, rail fencing and or ropes. 22) Motorized golf carts should be kept on the cart paths when in the area of any and all teeing grounds. 23) Motorized golf carts must be returned upon completion of the holes paid for unless additional rental fees have been paid. 24) Hand carts are prohibited from being pulled onto the apron of any putting green. 25) Starting times are required by all players using the facility unless a player is a single. 26) All players not part of a group (singles) must report to the starter in order to be paired with players waiting to begin play. 27) Any player(s) and or groups of players found to be abusing the privilege of making advance starting time reservations will be reprimanded in the following manner: a) verbal warning given. b) written warning forwarded to offender(s). c) loss of starting time reservation privilege for the player(s) and or group(s). 28) The starter has full authority as to the order of tee off with regard to reserved starting times. 29) It is better to have a starting time reservation and cancel it rather than expecting to be squeezed in if a group does not have a starting time. 30) All groups with reserved starting times must be present and check in with the starter at least fifteen (15) minutes prior. 31) Any group late for their designated starting time will be placed in the next available opening on the starting time sheet. 32) Please repair all ball marks, replace all divots and rake all bunkers caused and or used during the course of a round. 33) Please wave up the group behind on hole number 7. 34) Please deposit all litter in the appropriate receptacles located throughout the golf course. 35) In the event of a disturbing situation, please contact an employee of the facility immediately. 36) Golf membership refund requests will be reviewed for extreme medical situations only. If granted, the balance of a member s golf membership, based on the date of receipt of a refund request letter, will be carried over to the ensuing year. The Board of Directors of the facility will have final say as to whether a refund is approved. 37) ABSOLUTELY NO NON-PLAYING SPECTATORS ARE PERMITTED. 38) ALL PLAYERS MUST MAKE USE OF THE TUNNEL UNDER HADDONFIELD ROAD THAT HAS BEEN PROVIDED FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL CUSTOMERS.

4 To All Returning / Prospective New Golf Members, As you glance over the 2016 application for golf membership for The Pennsauken Country Club, please be certain to make yourself aware of the current policy regarding motorized golf carts and their usage. This policy will be in effect as follows for 2016: " Beginning on April 1, 2016 and lasting thru October 31, 2016, all players who wish to play prior to 1:00 PM ( inclusive of all golf members, their respective guests and the general public ) on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Designated Holidays will be required to use motorized golf carts! 5 IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING WEEKEND & HOLIDAY STARTING TIMES! The management will once again be utilizing the following policy for the 2016 season as is noted below: PRIORTY DRAW: SECONDARY DRAW: SINGLES: RESTRICTIONS: will be given to those slips having all members listed on them. EXAMPLE: Smith Stevens Johnson Jones will accommodate those slips that have any members names and a number listed on them. EXAMPLE: Adams Berry \ 4 will continue to be accommodated on a first come, first serve basis by the starter. It is strongly recommended that singles check in with the starter immediately upon their arrival whereas the starter is aware of their presence. Please be careful and observant in making sure that a members name does not appear more than once on any lottery slip. Any lottery slip(s) in this scenario will be ineligible for a starting time for the current weekend. Starting times must be cancelled no later than twenty four (24) hours in advance of the scheduled time or those in violation will not be eligible for the following weekend s starting time lottery. The word guest will no longer be valid to use. With the above, the pro shop staff will be able to distinguish a slip with all members listed versus a slip with some names and a number which will signify that guests are reserved for. The management is confident in the continuation of this policy in that it feels with more of the facility s Members playing together on weekends and holidays, there will be a better opportunity to draw a starting time much closer to a particular requested time. As weekend and holiday starting times will be closely monitored throughout the season, the management looks forward to your understanding and anticipated cooperation with this continuing starting time policy as it feels it will be most beneficial to our weekend and holiday members.
