5 Pickleball Doubles 2016 State Masters Games The Rules They can be found at Rally Scoring In Rally Scoring there is a point scored on every time the ball is put in play, regardless of who served, as opposed to side out scoring where the team that serves is the only team that can get a point. All other International Federation of Pickleball Tournament Rules will be in effect. Toss Coin for serve or side. If you choose serve you are beginning game After each rally whichever team wins the rally gets the point. Serves will rotate as per traditional Pickleball rules. Announce score after every point. Always announce serving team s score first, the receiving teams score and then server s number. You must announce the score before every serve! A game will be played to 15 points, change sides when one team gets to eight points. You must still win a game by 2 points. Wins and point differential will be kept.
