3 What is the Spa Invitational? A fun spoof on a traditional golf tournament, but our championship course is the Spa at the Hyatt Regency Orlando and our 18 holes are filled with pampering services including facials, massages, make-up applications, spray tans, nail polishes and much, much more. Warming up takes on a new meaning as we start the day at the Rocks Fairway with a continental breakfast and unique, health, beauty and merchandise displays. From there, the choices are yours with one goal in mind: Less Pace, More Grace. Slow down, escape and relax the day away knowing that your support and involvement is helping to raise valuable dollars for Grace Medical Home. SPA INVITATIONAL SAMPLE Schedule Here is a sample schedule that a typical foursome may follow the day of the event. 8:00 a.m. Registration Opens Check-in at Rocks, enjoy a continental breakfast and visit the Fairway filled with unique health, beauty and local business shops and displays. 8:30 Opening Ceremonies Greetings and ceremonial shotgun start. 8:40-11:15 Entire Course Open for Play Foursomes hit the links, in the Spa of course, and participate in services including mini-facials, manicures, pedicures, massages, hair services, and/or relaxing foot soaks to name a few. Complete use of the Hotel and Spa amenities included. Perhaps a beverage delivered by one of our Cabana Boys? If you do not want to participate in a particular service, join us for Tea Time and visit the shops and displays located in Rocks Fairway lounge. Raffle tickets on sale for opportunities to take home one of many great gifts! 11:15-1:00 Lunch Group luncheon featuring a renowned guest speaker presented by Orlando Health and a special Grace Medical Home patient testimonial. 1:00-4:00 Course Play Continues Continue your time on the course, enjoy down time at the pool, visit the shops and displays on the Fairway or enjoy complimentary wine and champagne in Rocks from 2 5 p.m. 4:00-5:00 Awards Ceremony and Reception In Rocks Tell your family you will be home a little late this is one ceremony you won t want to miss. Complimentary wine and champagne continues in Rocks with awards for the Longest Drive, Highest scores and more. Plus, the winners of the fabulous raffle prizes will be announced. Who wins? 4 Grace Medical Home seeks to close the gap between those who enjoy quality medical care and those who do not. Currently, almost one in four Central Floridians lack health insurance. The visionary leaders of Grace Medical Home sought to fill a void in our local healthcare system and developed a solution to remove the burden from the current healthcare community, including hospitals, ER s and urgent clinics.
