2 FORMAT: Max index allowed = 30.0 Minimum age = 16 Championship Flight - 72 Hole Stroke Play at Wilson and Harding Golf Courses (Griffith Park), June 14, 15, 16, & 17, The field will be cut to 48 players and ties for the weekend. To qualify to play in the Championship Flight you must have an index of 3.5 or less. If you do not have an official index number you may play in the Championship Flight but you must provide a letter from your PGA Golf Professional or College Coach stating your ability to play in the Championship Flight and you will be placed at the end of the field. The Maximum number of entries is 148. If entries are oversubscribed players will be put on standby list in order of applications received. Handicap Flights 36 Hole Stroke Play at Wilson and Harding Golf Courses (Griffith Park). The lowest index of the last twelve months will be used to determine handicaps. Handicap adjustments may be made prior to the competition per Section 8-4 of the Handicap System Manual. Entries must include your 7-digit GHIN number on your entry form for handicap & pairing purposes. Flights will be determined depending on the number of entries received. The Maximum number of entries is 140. If entries are oversubscribed players will be put on standby list in order of applications received. SCHEDULE OF EVENTS: June 14 th Championship Flight on Wilson: Tee off Begins at 6:45 a.m. June 15 th Championship Flight on Harding: Tee off Begins at 6:45 a.m. June 16 th Championship Flight Top 48 on Wilson: Tee off Begins at 6:45 am Net Flights on Wilson beginning at Approx 9:00 a.m. and Harding at 6:45 a.m. June 17 th Championship Flight Top 48 on Wilson at Approx 8:45 a.m. Net Flights on Wilson and Harding at 6:45 a.m. PAIRINGS: Championship Flight: The 1 st day pairings are based on index. The 2 nd day pairings will be reversed. Weekend pairings are based on score with the lowest score teeing off in the final pairing. Net Flights: The 1 st day pairings are based on index. The 2 nd day pairings will be reversed. DEADLINE: Entries must be received no later than June 11 th Last Day to cancel with a refund is June 11 th RETRIEVING TEE TIMES & RESULTS: Tee times will be available tournament on our web page by the afternoon of June 12 th Results available live as scores are verified.

3 RANGE BALLS: One Basket of Balls is included prior to each round. AWARDS and PRIZES: Trophies and LA City Golf Gift cards will be awarded. Top 20 players in Championship Flight and Top 5 in each Net Flight will receive Gift Card Prizes. Prize Fund will be based on number of entries. Trophies will be awarded for Low Gross and in the Championship Flight and Low Net in each Handicap Flight. TEE PRIZE: All participants will receive a Tee Prize as well as $25 in shop credit to spend in the Griffith Park Golf Shop. The Credit must be redeemed by Close of Business Sunday June 17 th. TIES: Ties for the Championship and Net Winners will be played off on a sudden-death basis at first available hole. SPECTATORS/CADDIES: Caddies are permitted, but must be at least 13 years old and must register with the Committee. Spectators are permitted, but they must be at least 13 years old.
