2 1 Ledgeview Golf Club Ledgeview is one of the premier golf courses in the Fraser Valley. Nestled on a picturesque hillside, our course is held in enviable esteem by members and guests who cherish and enjoy this great game. Each of the 18 holes at Ledgeview provides the player, both the novice and experienced, with indelible variety of challenges. While the signature 8 th hole entices you to accept its challenge, the other holes and their unpredictable greens will lure back again and again. Ledgeview is home to PGA Tour Players Nick Taylor and Adam Hadwin.

3 2 About Ledgeview We are located at the bottom of Sumas Mountain in beautiful Abbotsford, BC McKee Road, Abbotsford BC Full size, 18-hole golf course yards. Opened in Designed by Les Furber. Slope Rating: Blue-126; White-124; Red (ladies)-116. Ladies: White-123 Course Rating: Blue-69.7 (par 70); White-67.6 (par 70); Red-69.5 (par 70) Ledgeview is a soft spike only facility.

4 3 Tournament Terms & Conditions All Tournament/Group bookings are subject to the Policies of Ledgeview Golf Club. Customized tournament packages are available to suit your specific requirements. A non-refundable deposit and a signed contract are required to confirm a booking. The booking will not be confirmed until the deposit and contract are received. A guaranteed number of guests are required five (5) business days prior to the tournament. If no guarantee is received, billing will be done based on the expected attendance. All tournament competitions, scoring and golf requirements must be finalized seven (7) days prior to the tournament. The completed list of all tournament players including first and last names and female players is required within 72 hours of the tournament All players are responsible for their own property while on Ledgeview Golf Club premise and their legal liability to others for bodily injury or property damage. The Tournament organizer shall be responsible for providing the above information to all participants. Shotgun Tournaments All shotgun starts will be scheduled to start at 1:00 p.m. Course buyouts for earlier and alternative start times are available. Please inquire. Players must be ready to proceed to their designated tee 15 minutes before the start of the tournament. Inclement Weather Tournaments will be played as scheduled unless the Director of Golf or Superintendent determines the golf course to be unplayable. On Course Signage & Set Up Ledgeview Golf Club will provide and setup a maximum of 8 on course competitions markers (KP / LD). Hole sponsorship signs and banners must be delivered at least 48 hours prior to the tournament.

5 4 All hole sponsorship signs must be free standing. Ledgeview Golf Club may at its sole discretion, refuse to place any sign which it deems not compliant with its standards. It is the responsibility of the tournament organizer to insure all personal items are removed from the golf course at the completion of play. Ledgeview Golf Club is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal items left behind. All tournament signage left at the club for more than a week following the tournament will be discarded. Hole-in-One vehicle(s) must be delivered a minimum of 5 hours prior to tee-off. Correct hole-in-one yardage as per insurance requirements is required at least 48 hours prior to the tournament. General Rules The tournament host is responsible for communicating the rules and regulations of Ledgeview Golf Club to all tournament players, guests and volunteers in advance of the tournament. The dress code will be strictly enforced. Metal spikes are not allowed on the golf course. Soft spikes only. Each player must have their own set of golf clubs. Rental clubs must be arranged at least 7 days in advance. The tournament host is responsible for the conduct and behavior of all tournament players, guests and volunteers. The tournament host shall assume full and complete responsibility for any and all damages to Ledgeview Golf Club property and rental carts as a result of actions or conduct of all tournament players, guests and volunteers. Dress Code Men's- Shirts with collars and sleeves, tailored dress shorts or slacks. Appropriate footwear. Women's- Skirts, shirts, blouses, slacks or tailored shorts. Appropriate footwear.

6 5 Rugby pants, cut-offs, athletic shorts, sweat pants, tank tops, undershirts, athletic jerseys, halter tops or any item of clothing with large cartoon graphics or commercial logos are not permitted on the golf course or in the club house. We sincerely thank our patrons in anticipation of their compliance of the dress code. However, noncompliance may result in the defaulting party being asked to leave the premises. * *DRESS CODE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED * * Payment Guidelines Tournaments of 80 or more participants will be required to submit a deposit of $ at the time of booking Tournaments with fewer than 80 players must submit a deposit of $ at the time of booking. The deposit will be forfeited if the tournament is canceled within 45 days prior to the event. Tee times will be reserved for only the number of participants paid. Ledgeview Golf Club reserves the right to fill the unsold tee times with members and/or green fee players. Payment may be made on the day of event or we can invoice your group. Power Cart Rentals Ledgeview has 50 power carts available for rental purposes. Rental fee is $38.00 for 18 holes plus all applicable taxes Power carts may be reserved either individually by the player or as a fleet by the Tournament organizer. The tournament organizer must inform Ledgeview at the time of Tournament booking which one of these two rental options has been chosen. If more than 50 power carts are requested for an event, Ledgeview will try to arrange for additional rental carts to be brought in. This supplementary request must be for at least 10 more carts. *Price of a Supplementary cart is $55.00 plus applicable taxes

7 6 ADDITIONAL RENTAL ITEMS Ledgeview has 2 10 x 10 tents available to use for registration/check-in, scoring or hole sponsors. We also have 9 2 x 4 tables that can be used. Additional items may be rented from a 3rd party for onsite setup at an additional cost for the day of the event. The tournament organizer will be responsible to provide details to the Events Coordinator at Ledgeview with regards to the setup requirements and any additional rental items required 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event. ON COURSE ACTIVITIES AND OUTSIDE ALCOHOL On course activities arranged by tournament organizers & sponsors are welcomed but must be approved by the Director of Golf or Events Coordinator ANY additional alcohol being served by a sponsor MUST be approved by the Director of Golf or Events Coordinator and MUST comply with the provincial liquor license laws **THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED** I agree to the above conditions: Name: Signature: Date:
