Our course is second to none when it comes to combining a challenging golf course featuring superb conditions with the camaraderie of member events, leagues and outings for men and women. Here are some of the many playing opportunities at BSCC: n Tuesday Night Men s League n Thursday Night Women s League n Wednesday morning women s organized tee times n Saturday and Sunday morning men s roundup n Saturday morning women s roundup n Thursday morning men s senior league n Interclub competitions for women and membership into Northeastern Women s Golf Association tournaments. n Opportunity to play in the men s Senior Golf Association of Eastern New York. n Friday night fun tournaments and weekend tournaments, including club championships, member/guest tournaments for both men and women and men vs. women Ryder Cup. He is entering his 19th season with the club and has been honored numerous times by the golf industry, including Merchandiser of the Year for the Northeastern New York PGA in Our fully stocked golf shop features the latest apparel from Antigua and FootJoy, just to name a few. We also carry golf balls, bags, shoes, and accessories by Titleist and FootJoy. Members receive 10% off all golf apparel, balls, clubs, and accessories. Steve has been with us since 2005 and has worked hard at improving the conditions of BSCC every year. Prior to coming to BSCC, Steve worked at Bethpage State Park and was responsible for the Black Course. Julia Guerin is in her second year as Office Manager. Here are some of the reasons why: We are a member-owned, semi-private country club dedicated to golf. Public play is not permitted on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Members are always given preference when booking tee times every day of the week. v We have a membership cap of 375, providing an ample freedom of choice when reserving a tee time. It also means an end to the five-hour rounds experienced at most public golf courses. v Full shareholders enjoy additional voting and member benefits. v Complimentary Green Fees at more than 10 reciprocal golf courses. v We also offer a Corporate Pass Holder Program that can be used in an employee incentive or reward program as well as a mean of entertaining customers with or without the Corporate Pass Holder in attendance. 11 2018 MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT I/We hereby apply for membership at the. Specific financial details listed here have been explained and are understood and agreed to: 1. Dues for each calendar year are based on your chosen membership category. Dues must be paid in-full unless you are utilizing a monthly payment plan. If you choose the twelve month plan, you agree to pay the full amount even if you leave the Club for whatever reason before the end of the year. 2. BSCC is a member-owned club. This membership may become a voting membership upon completion of payment for one share of stock for $2, plus tax. Such payment may be done immediately or in three annual payments of $592. Installments are due August 1st of each year. All fully paid stockholders may redeem their share of stock for $2, upon separation from the Club as a member in good standing. Partially paid shares will be subject to a $ per annum charge for past playing privileges. Any monies paid by toward a share of stock (as a result of any membership specials) are non-refundable until a full share of stock is purchased and paid. 3. It is understood all fees, dues and stock purchases are subject to NYS taxes.

12 4. I/We understand and agree to the clubhouse minimum expenditures of $50 for a single membership and $90 for a couple or family membership. This minimum applies to the months of May through October. I/We understand that I will receive monthly bill on the first of each month and agree to pay it within 30 days. 5. I/We understand and agree to the requirements, as stated in the Credit and Payment Policy, to remain member(s) in good standing. I/We agree that the cost of a membership is for the full annual amount cited, or for all 12 monthly payments. 6. It is understood, if a member is unable to play golf, during the season, due to an unexpected injury or medical condition, the Dues Policy would apply. Dues will not be refunded but a percentage may be deferred to the following year subject to approval by the Board of Directors. The percent deferred is based on the table below.
