3 2018 Tri State Telecommunications Conference ACTIVITIES INFORMATION Monday, August 6, 2018 WHITE WATER RAFTING Ride the Wildest Whitewater in Wyoming! Enjoy a 3 hour guided tour of the sensational Snake River! Buses will depart from Snow King Resort at 9:45 am on Monday, August 6, A boxed lunch will be provided. This event will be limited to 60 people on a first come-first serve basis. The cost is $115/rafter. Please use the registration form to sign up for this activity. We suggest casual clothing that you don t mind getting wet. Shorts and soft-soled shoes are ideal. Sunscreen, hats, and eyewear retainers are also suggested. Remember to bring sweatshirts and towels to be left on the bus for the ride back to the hotel. Sorry, no refunds after July 6, 2018 TRI STATE GOLF TOURNAMENT Welcome to Paradise! Jackson Hole Golf and Tennis Club is consistently recognized as having one of the finest golf courses in Wyoming and the country. This event is limited to 100 players. Registration fee includes 18 holes of golf, golf cart, practice facility, boxed lunch and prizes. Boxed lunch will be served at the golf course starting at noon. Shotgun tournament begins at 1:30 pm. Sign up early! Bring your best game; there will be prizes for longest drive, longest putt and closest to the pin for both men and women. Transportation will not be provided to the course. Rental clubs are available at the Pro Shop, please call to reserve. The cost is $225/golfer. Please use the registration form to sign up for this activity. Appropriate golf attire is required. Flat soled tennis or golf shoes with soft-spikes only. Shirts must have sleeves and collars. Denim shorts are not allowed. Shorts must be three inches above the knee or longer. If you have not already paid the associate member dues for 2018, please complete the associate member application and return it with the conference registration form. Exhibitor packets will be sent to you via from Design West. You may also order exhibitor services such as electricity from Design West. Your Design West contact is Rich Stewart at Booths are assigned based on sponsorship level and first come, first serve basis. You will be notified prior to the conference of your booth location. The exhibitor fee includes one complimentary conference registration. If you have more than one employee staffing your booth, you must pay a registration fee for each additional employee (see conference registration form). Shipping and Receiving: It is very important that exhibitors mail their supplies directly to the Snow King Events Center. Exhibitors must ship items to themselves.
