The Ridge Club is an 18 hole golf country club that opened in We are a full service golf facility, featuring wonderfully undulating and scenic holes stretching through a gated community. Along with an 18 hole championship layout, The Ridge s amenities also include a driving range and chipping and putting greens. The club has a fully stocked golf shop and full service snack bar which are available to service any of your tournament s needs or that of your guests along with pavilion with seating for 180 guests. The PGA Professional staff at our club are experts in tournament planning, hosting more than 20+ events each year and your next event will also benefit from their help in planning, organizing and operating your golf outing. 2 Ridge Club Professional Tournament Assistance Our PGA Professional staff is here to plan, organize and operate your entire golf outing, allowing you to relax and enjoy the event. Each event at The Ridge includes the following: Golf Professional assistance Format selection guidance Participant pairing lists (includes pairing and alphabetized starting sheets) Printed rules sheets, score cards and other materials Special contest assistance (Closest to the Pin, Long Drive, Putting, Mulligans, etc.) Placing sponsor signs on the course prior to your event and clean up following the event Professional scoring and assistance rewarding participants Pre and post event golf announcements Assistance w/ maximizing sponsorship revenue Access to practice areas which include driving range, chipping and putting greens Important Benefits of Booking at The Ridge: Availability for groups from 16 to 144 players (based on date/month) Options for Shotgun, Modified Shotgun and Tee Times Extensive food and beverage menu with pricing for any outing budget Designated beverage cart can be provided on the course for an additional fee Donated round for 4 certificate to use as an auction item (valued $600) Each outing player receives a certificate to bring 1 group back at the member rate Assistance with special discount pricing for gifts, prizes and certificates Included in your Special Tournament Pricing: Guest fee, cart fee, practice facility use Professional golf tournament setup Alphabetical pairings list, rules sheets and welcome message Personalized cart placards with player names, starting hole, sponsor logo, and other text Personalized scorecards Starting hole assistance regarding logistics Special event (Closest to the pin, Long Drive, etc.) assistance Sponsor sign placement on the course prior to event and pick up after Professional scoring and announcements after golf Distribution of prizes ($10pp included in group golf rate)

3 Rewarding Participants The Ridge Club is more than happy to help you with gift and prizes for your event. From gift certificates to trophies and shirts to shoes, we can help you with any of your merchandise needs. With an extensive line of gift package options, you won t have any problems meeting your guest s expectations. The Ridge can provide apparel and other merchandise with your company or charity logo as well. Team Format Options Scramble This is the most popular format in team play competition. Each player will tee off. From there the team will choose the best shot and all four players will hit from that spot. After that the team will continue that rotation until the ball is holes out. Therefore the team will have one score to mark on the scorecard. This format is good for mixed levels of golfers. Best Ball This format can be player with 2-4 players on a team. Each of the players will play their own ball from tee to green and holed out. The Best score will be marked on the scorecard, Individual Stroke Play Each player will play their golf ball for all 18 holes and turn in one score. This format is best for golfers of the same level. 4 The tournament pavilion at The Ridge Club is perfect for your post tournament awards ceremony and fully catered meal. With seating for as many as 180, you will enjoy the scenic view of the garden patio as well as access to our outdoor tent for additional venue space. Each tournament receives one on one attention with a customized room layout to provide optimal spacing for silent auctions, announcements, and access to food & beverage stations. Additional rooms available for a more intimate receptions. VIP cocktail hour before of after your event for elite sponsors also available.

8 Ridge Club Group Tournament Menus The Ridge Club Events Manager meets one on one with each of our golf outing organizers. Menu selection, room assignments and layout as well as event enhancements are reviewed to ensure a successful event. Our Food & Beverage team will provide customized menu options for your golfing event. All food & beverage at your event must be purchased from The Ridge Club. Donated food & non-alcoholic beverages for charity outings may be allowed at the discretion of The Ridge Club general manager and may incur additional fees. Sales tax must be added to all menu selections and is not included in the menu pricing. Gratuity will be added to Menu Selection & Golf. BEVERAGE OPTIONS Only Ridge Club employees are permitted to drive the beverage carts. The club requires one beverage cart attendant during the outing when if the course is closed for members play at a rate of $75. Additional attendants are available upon request for an additional $75 per cart. Any additional arrangements must be made and agreed and confirmed with the Events Manager. ONLY RIDGE CLUB EMPLOYEES PERMITTED TO DRIVE BEVERAGE CART. The Ridge Club looks forward to hosting your golf outing in 2018!
