To avoid duplication, written confirmations of telephone orders must be clearly marked Confirming Order. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Prices - Prices are in U.S. currency and are subject to change without notice. Terms - The following terms are offered depending on credit status: - 30 days net. Past due accounts will be put on hold basis until current. Claims - It is the customer s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier within 7 days after the receipt of the order for any damaged goods. For U.P.S. claims of losses or damages the customer must notify U.P.S. immediately and hold goods for inspection by a U.P.S. inspector. All claims for shortages and errors by Brass Works must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Returns - All returns must be authorized. There will be no returns of custom work. - There will be a 15% restocking charge on returned goods. The customer is responsible for proper packaging and protection of returned goods. Damaged goods will not be accepted. - Freight is to be prepaid. Minimum Order - $20.00 net minimum per invoice.
