3 PACKAGE OPTIONS Simply select one of the below. OPTION ONE: STAY AND PLAY GOLF PACKAGE $88.50 per person (up to 16 players) Start off your event right at the first tee, and end on the 19th hole in the clubhouse. This package includes: Secured Tee times for 18 holes Pull carts Private event space for the day with 55 Smart Screen TV/ Projector in event space Event Consultation services from our in-house Event Team The View Platter & Pitcher of beer (per foursome) OPTION TWO: TUNE UP FOR GOLF PACKAGE $82.00 per person (up to 8 players). $62.00 per person (up to 16 players) For groups that are looking for a few skill-building sessions before hitting the first tee, this three-lesson package covers the basics fundamentals of short game, irons and long game. 4 TERMS AND CONDITIONS Payment Terms and Deposits A 25% deposit of estimated costs is required at the time of confirmation of booking. The balance will be due in full 14 days prior to the event date. If full payment and guarantee numbers are not received 14 days prior to the event, the event will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited. *Incomplete foursomes (three players or less) will be charged as a full four-some. Cancellation Notice of cancellation of events held on a Championship course must be received in writing or via 14 days prior to the event date. Guaranteed Numbers In order to properly prepare for your arrival and ensure adequate staffing, materials and tee times a final guarantee accompanied by your final payment is due 14 days prior to your event date. Liability The function convener and/or the organization whom they represent shall be held liable for all damages not associated with the normal wear and tear that may arise as a result of the actions of the function guests. Replacement values shall be used as the amount payable for damages, including lost revenue resulting from such damages. The function convener and/or the organization whom they represent assumes responsibility for the repair and/or replacement of power carts and rental clubs in the event that these items are damaged, lost or stolen. A damage deposit is required. The Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation Golf Courses shall not be responsible for the security of any personal property or equipment brought or delivered to the site. Authorized agents of the venue must be contacted prior to setup of displays or signage to ensure that no damage arises as a result of the setup. The Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation Golf Courses are a shared and publicly funded community asset and the use of the facility should reflect this. Users of the facility shall comply with all applicable City Bylaws, Federal and Provincial legislation, including the British Columbia Human Rights Code which prohibits discriminatory con-duct including conduct that exposes any person(s) or group (s) to hatred or contempt. Health and Liquor Board Regulations In accordance with the Health and Liquor Board Regulations of British Columbia, all food and beverages shall be purchased from the Golf Course Clubhouse. Liquor shall not be served after 11:00am and closing of the clubhouse will occur at 12:30am. Management and staff are licensed under the Province of British Columbia s Serving it Right program. Staff members reserve the right to refuse service to any individual(s) who, in the opinion of the staff, appear intoxicated or are exhibiting misconduct due to alcohol consumption. Inclement Weather Tournaments will be played as scheduled except when the Superintendent of the course determines the golf course to be unplayable. Dress Code Golf appropriate shirt and proper footwear are preferred. Guests are asked to refrain from dress that is too revealing or may be deemed offensive to others on the course. Soft spiked only shoes. General Golf Course Conduct Rules The group representative is responsible for the conduct of all participants, and shall inform all players of the rules, ensuring they are followed at all times. The set-up of competition markers and sponsorship signs will be the responsibility of Golf Course Staff. All signs must be approved and received a minimum of two hours prior to the start of the tournament. The Course Players Assistant s instructions shall be strictly adhered to. The PA s have the authority to ask players to pick up their ball and advance to the next hole or remove players who do not comply with Pace of Play policies by keeping up with the group in front of them. Each players must play with their own set of clubs. Golf bags, pull carts and power carts must be kept clear of all tees and greens. A maximum of two persons permitted per power cart. Novice players shall be mixed with experienced players. Smoking is prohibited as per City of Vancouver Bylaws. Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the course. No spectators are permitted on the course or with the groups unless authorized in advance by Golf Management. Maximum four players per group.
