4 Administration 8 50 players per head Stoke Park s experienced Professionals will guide your guests through their day. They will be welcomed at registration, briefed on the day s events, and have the opportunity to ask any questions that they may have. Scorecards will be prepared, issued, and collected from your guests, and the results collated and presented to the organiser ready for the prize presentation. The Professional will offer useful tips and advice using a computerised teaching system. Clinics - Introduction to Golf The aim of these packages is to help the participants obtain a basic understanding of the game in a fun and relaxed environment. Up to 12 golfers can participate in this session. Prices exclude lunch and prizes. Groups comprising more than 12 golfers will require additional Professionals. Bobby Jones Mini Clinic (3 Hours) This Clinic can be held either morning or afternoon and will include an introduction to putting, chipping, pitching, bunkers, and swinging.

11 Bobby Jones Half Day (7 Hours) Your day will include a briefing by Stoke Park's PGA Professionals and then an introduction to putting, chipping, pitching, half swing (stage 1), bunkers, and full swing (stage 2). Your day will conclude with a competition and prize giving ceremony. Bobby Jones Full Day (10 Hours) Your day will include a briefing by Stoke Park Club s PGA Professionals covering basic techniques required to master the set-up and half swing and a short briefing on scoring, rules and golfing jargon. Your guests will then receive an introduction to putting, chipping, pitching, swing (stage 1), bunkers, and swing (stage 2). A lighthearted competition will then commence and your day concludes with a prize giving ceremony. Bespoke Clinics Clinics specialising in specific areas of the game can be added to your event to make the day more bespoke. Prices are for a group of a maximum of 12 people and are per professional, per hour. One Hour Putting Chipping Pitching Bunkers Swing Walter Hagen Drop-in Clinic One of the Club s Professionals will be on hand on the driving range before players tee off, to offer advice on the following: One Hour Swing Short Game Putting Corporate Gifts/Prizes Stoke Park offers clients a vast array of prizes (many can be personalised) to choose from, for their events. 12 Accommodation Stoke Park offers luxury accommodation at a corporate rate per room, subject to availability. The bedrooms are furnished with the finest antiques and soft furnishings. All bedrooms come complete with breathtaking en-suite marble bathrooms and the most amazing views across the parkland course, Fountain gardens and Windsor Castle. SPA SPC & SALON SPC Should you have non-playing guests that you would like to invite for hospitality, we will be delighted to offer packages that include the use of our award-winning, 14 million Spa, Hair Salon, Health and Racquet Pavilion. Guests can enjoy a full range of spa and salon treatments, fitness classes, personal training sessions, and tennis tuition, together with unlimited use of the pool, hydro-seat Jacuzzis, gymnasium, and Italian marble steam rooms. This compromises of; six grass courts constructed to Wimbledon specification, four all-weather courts, and three indoor carpet courts (all managed by fully qualified LTA coaches). 13 Additional Information All course signage (banners) must be installed by Stoke Park staff and must therefore be delivered 48 hours prior to the event and collected on the evening of the event. The organiser is responsible for the safe return and condition of all of the equipment used by participants during their day. All players must hold recognised handicaps. Stoke Park reserve the right to remove anyone from the course who does not meet the required standard of play. Tee-off times must be adhered to at all times. Failure to do so may result in participants not being able to get onto the golf course. Please observe and comply with the Club Rules and etiquette of golf. Only three and four balls are permitted on the course. Texas Scramble is not permitted on the course. Smart / Casual attire may be worn in the Mansion during the day. In the summer, knee length shorts are permitted, and must be accompanied by either knee length socks or short white socks. Mobile phones may not be used on the golf course or in the lounges, bars, restaurants and SPA. Golf shoes of any description may only be worn on the lower ground floor of the Mansion. Changing of any description is not permitted in the car park. All competitors must change in the changing rooms provided. Stoke Park cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible for the loss of or damage to any property of any kind whilst it is on/in the premises or grounds, including loss of or damage to motor vehicles or to the contents or accessories of any such motor vehicle whilst on the premises.

14 Tennis at Stoke Park The tennis courts are set within and around Stoke Park s multi award-winning 14 million Spa, Health and Racquet Pavilion. The Club s tennis facilities are amongst the finest in the country, with four all-weather hard courts, three indoor carpet courts, and six Wimbledon specification grass courts ensuring that the game can be played and enjoyed all year round. In the week prior to The Wimbledon Championships, Stoke Park hosts The Boodles Challenge, an event that sees a host of the world s Tennis elite preparing on our very own Wimbledon Specification Grass Courts. Players in recent years have included Pete Sampras, Andy Roddick, Mark Philipoussis, Goran Ivanisevic, Tim Henman, Andy Murray, Novak Djokovic, David Nalbandian, Fernando Gonzalez and The Bryan Brothers. Corporate Tennis Packages (All prices exclusive of VAT) Package One Challenger Two hours (6-12 players) Package includes: 80 minute bespoke clinic with Club Professional(s); five minute summary and explanation of tournament, including soft drinks and snacks; and 45 minute roundrobin tournament followed by presentation per person (includes refreshments, tournament prizes, and racquet hire)

15 Package Two Master Three hours (6-12 players) Package includes: 115 minute bespoke clinic with Club Professional(s); five minute summary and explanation of tournament, including soft drinks and snacks; and 60 minute roundrobin tournament followed by presentation per person (includes refreshments, tournament prizes, and racquet hire) Package Three Grand Slam Four hours (6-12 players) Package includes: 120 minute bespoke clinic with Club Professional(s); 60 minute lunch break*, further 55 minute clinic, five minute summary and explanation of tournament, including soft drinks and snacks; 60 minute round-robin tournament followed by presentation per person (includes refreshments, tournament prizes, and racquet hire) Bespoke packages for groups larger than 12 can be arranged. Clinics are individually tailored to the desires and levels of the participants, and can cater for complete beginners as well as advanced players. It is therefore helpful for our coaching staff to know in advance the participants general levels. 18 Additional Information Our dress code is quite relaxed (except when playing on the grass courts where predominately white rule is in place); Jeans, leggings, football shirts, and singlets (men) should not be worn on any of the courts. We also request that sports shorts be of a single colour. Recognised tennis footwear MUST be worn on all of the courts (not cross-training or running shoes). Stoke Park recommends that specific indoor carpet tennis shoes are worn on the indoor courts. (For advice on shoes, please contact Pavilion Reception on or pavilion@stokepark.com) Please ensure that Club Rules are adhered to at all times. In the interest of maintaining a peaceful environment, mobile phones, laptop computers and smoking are not permitted within the Pavilion. Changing of any description is not permitted in the car park.
