1 Official Rules Pro League Pick N Win Rush Rewards members can swipe their card at a Promotional Kiosk to play Pro League Pick N Win for a chance to win a share of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) in weekly prizes. At the end of the regular football season, one (1) lucky guest will win a 2019 Mercedes Benz CLA250C4. 1. Eligibility: This offer is open to all Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady Rush Rewards members. Membership is free. Must be 21 years of age and over to participate. 2. Regular Season Dates: Thursday, September 6, through Saturday, December 29,. 3. Selection Period: Guests may select the football teams they believe will win each NFL game, weekly, throughout the regular football season. Weekly selections can be made at a Promotional Kiosk at Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady starting 9:00 a.m. on Tuesdays through on Saturdays. 4. Guests are only allowed to select teams once per week; Offer is not transferable. 5. The first time the guest enters their selected teams, they will be presented with a condensed version of the Official Rules and must acknowledge the rules by entering the PIN number and accepting. 6. The full version of the Official Rules will also be posted on the official Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady website at 7. How to Select: a. Upon each guests first interaction with the Pro League Pick N Win promotion on Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady s Promotional Kiosks, they will be prompted to read and accept promotional rules. Guests must confirm their comprehension of the rules by entering their pin number followed by clicking Accept. This prompt will only be available to guests their first time participating in the promotion. Guests are responsible for confirming via their card pin number that they ve read and acknowledged the rules of the Pro League Pick N Win promotion on the kiosk. b. Guests are responsible for assuring that they swipe their Rush Rewards card at a Promotional Kiosk and for picking the teams that they believe will win that week s Sunday and Monday NFL games, within the selection period. c. Participants can select their picks for the week via one (1) of three (3) options: Manual Picks are determined and selected by the participant. Quick Pick Picks will be pre-determined and selected at random by the Promotional Kiosk. Home Picks Picks will automatically be determined as all the home stadium football teams for the week. d. Participants will then select a score (overall combined) for the Monday night primetime game, which will act as a tiebreaker if multiple guests pick the same number of winning teams. e. Upon finalizing their weekly selections, participants will receive their selections via a kiosk voucher, which must be forfeited to redeem any prizes, if they are one of the week s two hundred (200) winners. Once a participant s voucher is printed, selections are locked in and participants will not be allowed to change their selections or have a voucher re-printed. 8. Tiebreakers: a. If any guests should tie, the total (overall combined) score for the Monday night game will be used to determine rankings within the tiebreaker. The person closest to the score, whether their entered score is over or under the correct score, will receive higher ranking within the tiebreaker. Page 1 of 6

If there is still a tie after the total (overall combined) score for the Monday night game is applied, guests will receive their rankings based on who entered their weekly selections at the Promotional Kiosk first (at the earlier date/time). Date and time stamps will be printed on each kiosk voucher. c. If there is still a tie after the date and time stamps have been applied, the guest with the lowest Patron ID will be named the winner of the tie. d. If the Monday night game is postponed, the tiebreaking score will come from the Sunday night prime time game. e. If there is a tie in the end of regular season winner list, the tied participants first week submittal times will be cross-referenced. Guests rankings will be determined by the date/time order in which they submitted their week one selections. 9. The Pro League Pick N Win promotion excludes Thursday and Saturday football games. 10. Any postponed game will count as an automatic win for the participant for the game s originally scheduled week. a. The postponed game will not count for the week that it is rescheduled. b. If the Monday night game gets postponed, the tiebreaking score will come from the Sunday night prime time game. 11. Weekly Season Winners: The top two hundred (200) scorers each week will be posted the Tuesday following the Monday night game at 1:00 p.m. on the Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady website (url: 12. End of Regular Season Winners: To qualify for the end of regular season prizes, participants must have participated in the promotion and selected their teams throughout all seventeen (17) NFL regular season weeks. Redemption: Weekly winners must visit the Rush Rewards Center with their printed voucher, Rush Rewards card and a valid photo ID to be declared an official winner. End of regular season winners must visit the Rush Rewards Center with a valid photo ID and their Rush Rewards cars to be declared an official winner. Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady management will verify winners identification and Rush Rewards membership. a. If the prize is Free Slot Play, winners must fill out a win form with their Free Slot Play prize written on it to claim. The prize will then be added to their account by Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady management. b. If the prize is cash, the winners must fill out a win form with their cash prize written on it to claim and then they will be escorted to the cage redeem their prize. c. The guest that wins the end of season grand prize can elect to take the vehicle, thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) cash or forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) Free Slot Play in lieu of the 2019 Mercedes Benz CLA250C4. For whichever prize is selected, a win form will be completed by the guest. If the guest elects to take the thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) cash in lieu of the car, they will be escorted to the Cashier s Cage to collect their cash prize.

3 Official Rules If the guest elects to take the Free Slot Play in lieu of the car, the guest will have ninety (90) days to use the forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) Free Slot Play. If the guest elects to take the car, we will put them in contact with Keeler Motor Car Company to schedule an appointment and handle all necessary paperwork. 16. The top 200 scorers will be posted on the Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady website each Tuesday afternoon at 1:00 p.m., following each Monday night football game. The URL for the website is as follows: a. Winners have fifteen (15) days from when the list is posted to claim their weekly prize at the Rush Rewards Center. 17. The top one hundred one (101) overall scorers will be posted on the Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady website on January 7 th,. The URL for the website is as follows: a. Winners will have until January 31, 2019 at to claim their End of Regular Season prize at the Rush Rewards Center. 18. Winners do not need to be present to win for either the Weekly prizes or End of Regular Season prizes. 19. To download Free Slot Play, guests must properly insert their Rush Rewards card into a slot or video poker machine, press the cash icon, press the promotion play arrow, enter their pin number, press the check mark to accept, enter the dollar ($) amount of Free Slot Play selected, and press the check mark to accept and confirm the transfer. 20. If an invitee removes their Rush Rewards card from a slot or video poker machine after downloading Free Slot Play, the Free Slot Play will be automatically redeposited into their account and the invitee can download the Free Slot Play on another machine. 21. Free Slot Play is non-cashable. All money won from Free Slot Play is cashable. 22. Any unclaimed or unused Free Slot Play earned from this promotion will expire after the designated threshold of its prize level has passed. a. Free Slot Play prizes up to and including one thousand dollars ($1,000) will expire if unused after forty-eight (48) hours from the time it was claimed. b. Free Slot Play prizes between one thousand one dollars ($1,001) and ten thousand dollars ($10,000) will expire if unused after thirty (30) days from the time it was claimed. c. Free Slot Play prizes ten thousand one dollars ($10,001) or higher will expire if unused after ninety (90) days from the time it was claimed. 23. It is possible that a Rush Rewards member may win more than once throughout the course of the promotion, however, a winner can only win once per week. Exclusions: If a person is banned or excluded from Rivers Casino & Resort, they will not be eligible to participate in this, or any promotion. Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or illegible game pieces or promotional vouchers nor for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, or for technical, hardware, software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a participant s ability to participate in the promotion. 12. If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion, Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. 13. If applicable, all invitations, vouchers, game pieces, and entries are non-transferable. 14. No employee (or Immediate Family Member of an employee) of Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady or its Affiliates or Parent Company is eligible to participate in any manual or electronic drawing or tournament which qualifies for a prize of any kind. The term Immediate Family Member includes each and every of the following: mother, father, spouse, brother, sister, children, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law, step-parents, step-children, grandmother, grandfather, grandchildren, as well as any person residing in the employee's place of residence. 15. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to all rules. 16. Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady may conduct testing of its marketing programs, including control group testing, to evaluate the effectiveness of different programs. Therefore, patrons with similar attributes (e.g., amount wagered, game preference, trip frequency, loyalty program level, residential address, etc.) may from time to time receive different offers or promotions and if no longer desired, may follow the instructions to opt out of future offers or promotions. 17. Participants shall release, discharge, and hold harmless Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady and its parent company Rush Street Gaming LLC, its affiliates and subsidiaries from all liabilities, claims, or damages arising from participation in this contest and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of the prize. 18.
