Join your favorite superheroes and supervillains as we fight for mulligans, putting strings, and the RHA way at The Ridge Golf Course on May 15. This networking extravaganza is sure to be one of the most talked about events of the year! Tournament Name Sponsor $5,000 (Only 1 Available) Sponsor s name and/or logo will be included on all publicity associated with Including but not limited to: o Registration form sent to the area s top property management executives. o Printed program distributed to all players the day of o Save the date announcements sent to the area s top property management executives. o RHA web site at Hole #18 will be designated as the Tournament Name Sponsor s hole. The sponsor may serve food or drinks at this hole (price of food or beverages not included in $5,000 sponsorship fee). The sponsor will staff this hole throughout the day ensuring personal contact with all of the players. Sponsor s logo will be placed on the player name signs on each golf cart. Two lunches will be provided to company representative not playing in A banner displaying the sponsor s name and/or logo will face the course throughout the day. Additional signage may also be placed in pre approved locations. Banners to be supplied by the sponsor. A novelty, chosen by RHA, will be given to all players at The novelty will include the sponsor s logo. The novelty will be packaged separately from the Goodie Bag. Four tickets to the Tournament Awards Reception are included. The sponsor will receive a free foursome in Sponsor will receive a cart for use by staff at the hole. 2 Tournament Awards Reception Sponsor $1,750 (Only 1 Available) Players will finish their round of golf and immediately be greeted by hors d oeuvres and drinks at the awards reception. One banner per sponsor will be displayed in the banquet hall. Banners to be supplied by the sponsors. Sponsors will be recognized during the program. Reception tickets will be given to all attendees. The tickets will include the sponsoring companies logos. Table tents will be displayed at each table with the sponsoring companies logos. Two tickets to the Reception will be provided to company Sponsors have the option of providing a golf related novelty to be included in the Goodie Bag items due by May 8. Sponsors will be recognized in the printed Tournament Program. Putting Contest Sponsor $1,550 (Only 1 Available) A putting contest will be held prior to Each golfer will receive a ticket for 2 free putts. $1,000 will be split among the golfers who sink the putt. If no one wins, the $1,000 will be raffled at the Tournament Awards Reception. The tickets for 2 free putts will include the sponsoring company s name and logo. Additional putts will be sold for at 2 for $5. Additional tickets can be sold by the sponsor at the Putting Contest. Sponsor will have company representatives staffing the putting contest. Two Reception tickets will be provided to company representatives not playing in Company representatives will present the winners with a large novelty check at the Tournament Awards Reception. Novelty check will have sponsor s logo on it and will be provided by RHA. A sign will be prominently displayed at the putting contest announcing the sponsor. The sponsor has the option of providing a golf related novelty to be included in the Goodie Bag at registration items due by May 8. The sponsor will be recognized in the printed Tournament Program & during the Tournament Awards Reception. A cart is not included with this sponsorship. Sponsor may not tour the course.

3 Chipping Contest Sponsor $1,550 (Only 1 Available) A chipping contest will be held prior to Each golfer will receive a ticket for 2 free chip shots. $1,000 will be split among the golfers who make the chip shot. If no one wins, the $1,000 will be raffled at the Tournament Awards Reception. The tickets for 2 free chip shots will include the sponsoring company s name and logo. Additional chip shots will be sold at 2 for $5. Additional tickets can be sold by the sponsor at the Chipping Contest. Sponsor will have a company representative staffing the chipping contest. Two Reception tickets will be provided to company The winners of the Chipping Contest will be presented with a novelty check at the Tournament Awards Reception. The check will display the sponsor s logo and will be provided by RHA. A sign will be prominently displayed at the chipping contest announcing the sponsor. The sponsor has the option of providing a golf related novelty to be included in the Goodie Bag (items due by May 8) at registration or at the Chipping Contest. The sponsor will be recognized in the printed Tournament Program & during the Tournament Awards Reception. A cart is not included with this sponsorship. Sponsor may not tour the course. Photo Hole Sponsor $975 (Only 1 Available Hole # 15) Sponsor is responsible for taking a photo of every foursome at RHA will provide the memory card for a digital camera and a digital camera if necessary. RHA will print the photos and place them in the printed photo folios. RHA will provide the photo folios with the sponsor s name and logo on them. Photos will be mailed to players after the tournament by RHA. Sponsor will staff the hole for the duration of the tournament and take photos of the foursomes as they arrive at the hole. Food and/or non alcoholic beverages are permitted at this hole. 4 Brunch Sponsor $900 + optional cost of coffee (Only 1 Available) With all of the food out on the course, we are replacing lunch with brunch this year. Prior to the shotgun start players will select breakfast burritos to take with them on the course. Sponsor may elect to bring coffee or pastries in addition to the burritos which will be supplied by RHA. A sign, provided by RHA, will be prominently displayed at the brunch area announcing the sponsor. Two tickets to the Tournament Awards Reception will be provided to company representatives not playing in Sponsor may choose to supply coffee and/or pastries in addition to the breakfast burritos that will be served. Popular coffee bars in the past have included a coffee van that provides mochas, lattes, etc. The sponsor has the option of providing a golf related novelty to be included in the Goodie Bag at registration items due by May 8. A cart is not included with this sponsorship. Sponsor may not tour the course. The sponsor will be recognized in the printed Tournament Program and at the Tournament Awards Reception. Sponsors are required to contribute a raffle prize (valued at $50 or more) for the Reception. Beverage Cart Sponsor $1,300 (Only 4 Available) Beverage carts are golf carts with coolers attached to them. RHA will provide all non alcoholic beverages for the beverage carts. Beer will not be provided by RHA this year. Sponsors are responsible for providing any alcoholic beverages they wish to serve. A sign for the golf cart will be provided announcing the sponsor. 5 Grand Prize Sponsor $1,500 (Only 1 Available) The Grand Prize ($1,000 value) will be raffled off at the Tournament Awards Reception. The grand prize will be selected and purchased by RHA. Sponsor will be provided with a golf cart for the day to promote the Grand Prize out on the course. Sponsors are obligated to follow appropriate golf cart etiquette and sign a Cart Sponsor Waiver form prior to the tournament. Failure to comply with the rules of the course will result in removal from the tournament with no refund. Each player will receive one raffle ticket courtesy of the sponsor at registration. All additional raffle tickets will be sold to players throughout the day. Company representatives will draw the winning name at the Tournament Awards Reception. Two tickets to the Tournament Awards Reception will be provided for company representatives not playing in A sign, provided by RHA, will be prominently displayed at registration, announcing the Grand Prize Sponsor. Driving Range Sponsor $675 (Only 1 Available) Prior to the shotgun start players will have a chance to warm up at the driving range. This sponsor will have contact with players at the beginning of the day. This sponsorship is ideally suited for Industry Partner members who are unable to stay for the duration of Company representatives will staff the driving range, distributing golf balls to the golfers. Sponsors are highly encouraged to decorate their areas with theme related items, activities, and/or novelties. A sign, provided by RHA, will be prominently displayed at the driving range announcing the sponsor. Two tickets to the Tournament Awards Reception will be provided to company representatives not playing in The sponsor has the option of providing a golf related novelty to be included in the Goodie Bag (items due by May 8) at registration or at the driving range. Sponsor may serve food and/or beverages from the driving range, not provided by RHA. A cart is not included with this sponsorship. Sponsor may not tour the course. 6 Golf Cart Sign Sponsor $750 + Cost of signs (Only 1 Available) This sponsorship allows you to have extremely high visibility throughout the course without having to be at Over 70 carts on the course will have a sign displaying your company name and logo. This sponsor will have their name and logo on every player s golf cart (up to 72 carts). The sponsor has the option of providing a golf related novelty to be included in the Goodie Bag at registration items due by May 8. Two tickets to the Tournament Awards Reception will be provided for company Signs must be durable to avoid litter on the course. Also, if you want the signs returned to you, they must be made of a durable material such as plastic. Paper signs will not be returned. This sponsor will be recognized in the Tournament Program. Closest-to-the-Pin Sponsor w/hole-in-one Option $675 as Closest to the Pin / $1,075 as Hole in One contest hole (Only 5 Available holes #3, 5, 12, 14, & 17)) Each par three on the course will have a Closest to the Pin contest. The golfer that is closest to the pin at each hole wins a $100 gift certificate. For an additional $400 the Closest to the Pin hole will also be a Hole in One contest hole with a $10,000 cash prize for Hole in One achievements. The sponsor must staff the hole at all times. Sponsors will be announced as the prizes are distributed at the Tournament Awards Reception. A sign, provided by RHA, will be prominently displayed at the hole announcing the sponsor. Sponsors opting to participate in the $10,000 hole in one contest do not have to purchase separate Prize Insurance, this is included in the sponsorship price. 7 Longest Drive Hole Sponsor $675 (Only 2 Available Holes #1 & 10) Two holes have been chosen to be the Longest Drive holes (Hole #1 and Hole #10). The male and female golfer who hit the longest drive at each hole wins a $100 gift certificate. The sponsor will monitor the hole and determine a winner. A sign, provided by RHA, will be prominently displayed at the hole announcing the sponsor. Two lunches and two tickets to the Tournament Awards Reception will be provided to company Sponsor has the option of providing a golf related novelty to be included in the Goodie Bag (items due by May 8) at registration or at the hole. The sponsor will serve food/snacks at a specified hole (sponsor is responsible for purchasing whatever food items they would like to serve no beverages allowed from these holes). Two lunches and two tickets to the Tournament Awards Reception will be provided to company Sponsor has the option of providing a golf related novelty to be included in the Goodie Bag (items due by May 8) at registration or at the hole. Each mulligan ticket enables a golfer to replay a shot without a penalty stroke. One ticket will be included in each player s ticket packet, additional mulligans may be purchased at registration. Mulligan tickets will display the sponsor s name and logo. Two tickets to the Tournament Awards Reception will be provided to company representative not playing in The sponsor has the option of providing a golf related novelty to be included in the Goodie Bag at registration items due by May 8. No staffing is required for this sponsorship; however a company representative may help sell the mulligans at registration. A cart is not included with this sponsorship. 9 Emergency Putting String $425 (Only 1 Available) At registration each player will receive a bag which will include a piece of string, instructions, and the sponsor s business card. The players may then choose to move their ball closer to the hole (but not into the hole) by the length of the string. Each string may only be used once during the tournament but multiple strings can be used by placing them end to end. Sponsor has the option of including a golf related novelty with the string and business cards are to be supplied in advance to be included in the string package. No staffing is required for this sponsorship. However, a company representative may help pass the Emergency Putting String bags out at registration. One ticket to the Tournament Awards Reception will be provided to a company representative not playing in This sponsor will be recognized in the Tournament Program. A cart is not included with this sponsorship. Sponsor may not tour the course. Goodie Bag Sponsor $175 + Cost of 150 goodie bags (Only 1 Available) Sponsor the bag used as the Goodie Bag. All supplied novelties will be placed into the bags you supply. Your company name will be highly visible with your company logo printed on the front. One ticket to the Tournament Awards Reception will be provided to a company representative not playing in The sponsor has the option of providing a golf related novelty to be included in the Goodie Bag at registration items due by May 8. No staffing is required for this sponsorship. However, a company representative may help distribute the Goodie Bags at registration. A cart is not included with this sponsorship. Sponsor may not tour the course. This sponsor will be recognized in the Tournament Program. Goodie Bag Item Sponsor $100 + Cost of novelty (Unlimited number available) This sponsorship is a great way to advertise your company to the players long after the tournament has ended. The more unique the novelty the more attention it will get. Sponsor will provide 150 golf related or theme related novelties to be included in the Goodie Bags distributed to each player at registration. RHA will not accept less than 150 for inclusion. Novelties may not be office related products. Please no pens, notepads, letter openers, etc. We have found in the past that people tend to throw these items away. Novelties must be approved by RHA and must be delivered to the RHA office by Wednesday, May 8, 2014.

10 Sponsorship Lottery Entry Form RHA Annual Golf Tournament Friday, May 15, 2015 RHA Industry Partner members are eligible to participate as a sponsor of the annual RHA Golf Tournament to be held on May 15, 2014 at The Ridge Golf Course in Auburn IS a first right of refusal year sponsors have the first right of refusal to retain their sponsorships for the 2015 event. Remaining sponsorships will then be sold through the lottery process. Any remaining sponsorships after the lottery will be sold on a first come, first serve basis. The lottery will be held at 9:15 a.m., Friday, February 27, If your company would like to participate as a sponsor of the RHA Golf Tournament, please complete and return this form to RHA. A company representative does not need to be present at the lottery.
