2 WELCOME Join us at the 21st Annual Networking for Scholarships. The event will take place on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at the prestigious Montclair Golf Club. Nestled in the lush rolling hills of northern New Jersey, the club is just 20 miles west of New York City and easily accessible from anywhere in the tri-state area. All are welcome to attend and experience this exclusive location while making valuable connections with top corporate supplier diversity professionals and MBEs. This annual fundraising event generates financial support to fund The Council s scholarship program and provides a unique opportunity to combine business development and networking in an outdoor setting. Early pricing deadline is midnight on April 29, Sponsor and attendee registration deadline is May 24, Golfer Packages* Network on the tee with Corporate Members, MBE s and friends of The Council. Pricing includes greens fees for 18 holes, cart, one caddie per foursome and entrance into the putting contest. Each player is invited to attend the full buffet breakfast (including omelet and waffle stations) before the tee off and will receive beer, snacks and beverages on the course. They will also receive full access to the Montclair Golf Club facilities (including the showers and locker rooms), admission to the Networking & Awards Luncheon and a quality gift bag with golfer essentials. 7 REGISTRATION NOTES Once your sponsorship is confirmed you will receive the discount codes to register your participants online. Order forms and payment should be ed or mailed to: New York & New Jersey Minority Supplier Development Council, Inc. Attn: LaTisha Green 320 W. 37th Street, 9th Floor New York, NY, The New York & New Jersey Minority Supplier Development Council policy requires full payment prior to event. Payments made outside of the allotted period will be accepted if those payments are from companies with a payment policy that has been previously established and communicated to The Council. In the event that an extended company payment policy has not been established or communicated to The Council and there is a failure to pay this invoice within the allotted period, The Council shall be entitled to charge interest at the rate of 1.5% on a monthly basis commencing from the due date of this invoice and terminating upon full payment and satisfaction. In the case of returned checks, a $20.00 administrative processing fee shall be imposed in addition to the return check bank fee. In the case of bad debt, and where a collection fee is incurred, a 35% cost will be levied on the outstanding balance. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation must be received in writing two (2) weeks before the event and shall be subject to a cancellation administration fee of 20% of the applicable fee. In the case of credit card payments, an additional charge of 6% will apply to credit cards changes. After this date, the full registration fee will apply (substitutions deemed suitable in the sole discretion of the Council will however be accepted). In the event of a no show, payment shall still be required.
