8 TOURNAMENT TIMELINE BOOKING YOUR TOURNAMENT Sign and return tournament contract with a $ non-refundable deposit, indicating estimated numbers for golf, power carts and food & beverage to secure your date. The deposit will be credited towards the balance due of your tournament. 10 TOURNAMENT CONTRACT POLICIES RULES GUIDELINES Sunset Ranch Golf & Country Club will require a $ deposit to secure your tournament date. Said deposit will be applied to the final bill and is nonrefundable in the event of cancellation. Please ensure all documents are correct prior to paying your deposit. Final payment must be made the night of the tournament. All major credit cards are accepted as a form of payment. Credit card information will be held for security purposes. This tournament will take place rain or shine unless the Management Team of Sunset Ranch Golf & Country Club deems the weather to be unsafe to permit golfing or the usage of Power Carts. An alternate day may be offered if available. If no date is available, each golfer will receive a gift certificate for a Green Fee & Cart (if applicable) to be used at a later date. Sunset Ranch Golf & Country Club is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged articles left on site prior to, during or following the tournament. If damages occur to the greens, power cart or clubhouse, Sunset Ranch Golf & Country Club will work with the tournament organizer to ensure the individual who caused damage be held responsible. Soft spikes only Players must abide by the Local Rules described on the score card. Respectable & appropriate golf attire must be worn at all times. Player listings are to be provided to Sunset Ranch Golf & Country Club 2 business days prior to your tournament. Please forward your complete foursome list (first & last name) in an excel format. The accuracy of this list is critical to the success of your tournament and allows Sunset Ranch Golf & Country Club to provide the best possible service. Correct hole-in-one yardage as per insurance requirements must be provided at least 2 business days prior to the tournament. All on course sponsorship must be approved by our Director of Operations prior to the tournament. All on-course signage must be dropped off to the Pro Shop at least 1 day prior to the tournament. All motorized hole-in-one vehicles must be delivered a minimum of 4 hours prior to tee-off. Sunset Ranch Golf & Country Club requires a confirmed number of dinner guests 1 week in advance. A final billing number is due 48 hours prior to the tournament. This number will act as your total minimum number during the billing process. If you have more guests attend than your final number, you will be billed your actual number of guests attended. Sunset Ranch Golf & Country Club will have the specified menu(s) prepared the aforementioned time as per the agreement. All Food & Beverage options will take place on the day of the tournament. All Food & Beverages consumed at Sunset Ranch Golf & Country Club must be purchased from Sunset Ranch Golf & Country Club. Anyone bringing in his or her own food or beverages, unless otherwise arranged or agreed upon prior to the tournament will be asked to leave the premises. Sunset Ranch Golf & Country Club reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
