1 MEMBERSHIP FRAMEWORK (January 1, 2018) GENERAL CONDITIONS 1. Individuals wishing to become members of the Bowen Island Golf Association (BIGA), doing business as the Bowen Island Golf Club (BIGC/ the Club ), agree to abide by the rules of the Bowen Island Golf Club, which from time to time, may be changed by the Board of Directors. 2. Membership Fees are payable to the Bowen Island Golf Club. 3. All members are required to pay the annual Membership Fees. Non-payment of Membership Fees will result in the cancellation of membership privileges of any member. CHARTER MEMBER Initiation Fee - $30,000 Couple, $20,000 Single (plus GST) Membership Fees - $ per year plus GST. Entitles the Charter Member to unlimited play in that calendar year. Membership includes complimentary use of pull carts, 10% discount on power cart rentals, 10% discount on regular priced pro shop merchandise and 10 complimentary driving range tokens. Voting Privileges One (1) vote per member Payment Options Charter Members are permitted to pay their Membership Fees in a lump sum or in quarterly installments by way of four (4) equal payments via post-dated cheques. Entitles the Regular Member to unlimited play in that calendar year. Membership includes complimentary use of pull carts, 10% discount on power cart rentals, 10% discount on regular-priced pro-shop merchandise and 10 complimentary driving range tokens. REGULAR MEMBER - Limited Play 60 Inititation Fee none Membership Fees - $1570 per year plus GST. Entitles the Regular Member to sixty (60) 9-hole rounds of golf which are transferable to others during that calendar year. Membership includes complimentary use of pull carts, 10% discount on power cart rentals, 10% discount on regular-priced pro-shop merchandise and 10 complimentary driving range tokens. REGULAR MEMBER Limited Pay 20 Inititation Fee Nil

Entitles the Regular Member to twenty (20) 9-hole rounds of golf which are transferable to others during that calendar year. Membership includes complimentary use of pull carts, 10% discount on power cart rentals, 10% discount on regular-priced pro-shop merchandise and 10 complimentary driving range tokens. INTERMEDIATE MEMBER (19-29 years) Membership Fees - $760 plus GST. Entitles the Intermediate Member to unlimited play in that calendar year. Membership includes complimentary use of pull carts, 10% discount on power cart rentals, 10% discount on regular-priced pro-shop merchandise and 10 complimentary driving range tokens. Entitles the Junior Member to unlimited play in that calendar year. Restrictions BIGC reserves the right to reasonably restrict tee times. Voting Privileges Nil. Junior Member (12-18) years Membership Fees - $260 plus GST. Entitles the Junior Member to unlimited play in that calendar year. Restrictions BIGC reserves the right to reasonably restrict tee times. Voting Privileges None SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP - $ provides the member with two (2) 9-hole rounds of weekday golf which are transferable. GENERAL NOTES: Any member whose membership is invalidated shall still be permitted to use the course upon paying the regular green fee. The age determination for Junior and Intermediate Members will be based on their age at January 1 st of the calendar year for which Membership Fees are being paid. The general public can book tee times only seven (7) days in advance.
