LOUIS, MISSOURI M ark your calendars for the MO Manufactured Housing Association annual convention set for May 24, 2016, to May 26, Our convention is packed with educational opportunities, industry networking and good times. This year will again be held at Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch. Hyatt Regency offers its guests a haven of contemporary style coupled with the convenience of a location within walking distance of the city s most famous sightseeing attractions. Tuesday night starts off with the STL Cardinals taking on the Chicago Cubs at Busch Stadium. MMHA has reserved two suites to watch the game. Seats are limited and will be reserved on a firstcome basis. You must be registered for the 2016 Convention to attend. Beverages and food will be provided at the game. Tee Time Gateway National Golf Links is home to the convention s annual golf tournament. Designed by the renowned golf course architect, Keith Foster, Gateway National remains the only true links-style course in the St. Louis metropolitan area, and it is the only public-access course in the region to feature bentgrass fairways. See for yourself at Gateway National. Industry Speaker Scott Stroud has been involved in the business of marketing, designing, selling and building homes for nearly 40 years. He began framing houses in 1974 and went on to become VP of Marketing and Sales for a large housing producer. He is active in the Building Systems Council of the NAHB, and has been a regular speaker at the annual International Builders Show and the Modular Housing Institute s Congress & Expo among others. A major focus today is in the use of technology as a marketing and sales tool to better attract, capture and convert leads, particularly online, into the sales funnel. Scott has faced first hand many of the issues that builders face today, making him well suited for his role as a marketing and sales counselor, coach, advisor and trainer. The convention committee & MMHA staff have worked hard to put together a great convention.
