Our 2018 Membership program is built around seeking out and creating extraordinary moments through the game of golf. Shareholder Prepaid Play Membership provides the ability to involve any number of peoplethrough the purchase of a set number of green fee passes. Passes can be utilized by anyone making this Membership the perfect fit for businesses, associations or teams. #Insanelyoutrageous

3 PRIVILEGES & BENEFITS Pass & Membership Flexibility Membership Holders choose from prepaid green fee packages starting at 48 rounds. Unrestricted access, 7 days a week without blackout is available, or you can choose our restricted pass option which provides access Monday-Thursday. Passes can be freely given and used by anyone. 14 Days Advanced Booking The Membership Holder will be provided with an online account that provides them access to the most advanced booking window available; (4) days more than all other Membership Classes and (6) days more than the public. * No Ballots Tee-Times do not require Membership Holders to submit ballots to secure the tee-times they desire, instead you simply click, pick & play. ** Driving Range Included The Membership Holder will be provided with up to (2) Driving Range use cards that provide full access to the Driving Range. Golf Canada Membership includes new GOLD Membership in Golf Canada for up to (2) people. Golf Canada Membership provides globally certified handicap accreditation and additional perks. Restaurant Discount Prepaid Membership Holders will receive 10% off food purchases in the clubhouse. In order to receive this discount on regularly priced food items, please be sure to provide your account number to your server prior to asking for your bill. Our automated system will then apply your discount. Power Cart Pass Discounts The Membership Holder has the option to purchase discounted power cart passes to be included with their prepaid green fee passes. Cart passes are available in denominations that match the available green fee passes. Charge Account Privileges The Membership Holder can setup charge account privileges at the Club and can even designate others who may use the account. No Annual Minimums No annual food and beverage minimums or clubhouse minimums are required of Membership Holders. Pro Shop Discount Anyone in possession of a green fee pass is entitled to a 10% discount on soft goods within the Pro Shop. Cannot be combined with other offers. * League tee-time bookings are 8 days in-advance for all registered league players. **75% of weekend holiday prime tee-times are provided to Membership Holders (4) days in-advance of all other user groups.

4 PRIVILEGES & BENEFITS Central Alberta Green Fee Rates Discounted green fees are available at 12 affiliated courses in Central Alberta. Times must be booked by the Woodside Professional Staff and can only be made 48 hours in advance. Subject to availability. PGA Professionals Woodside employs a number of PGA Professionals to manage the golf shop and provide certified lesson services. League Programs Woodside has created a number of different league formats and provides Members access to these leagues. Registration and prize fees may be applicable. Online Account Reviews New in 2018! Members with charge privileges will be able access and review their account charges online via a secure portal on the Woodside Website. Coming Soon! Interclub Woodside belongs to a number of different Interclub groups that provide an opportunity for Membership Holders to compete in home and away games throughout the season. Club Cleaning & Storage Stop wrestling your clubs out of the car each time you play. This optional service provides Members with secure storage for their equipment at the club. Club cleaning is included with these fees. Locker Room Another optional service that provides Members with a secure area to keep their belongings at the Club. Early Payment Discounts Members can save up to 12% on their annual dues by forwarding payment in December. Discounts decrease 3% each month until the full payment deadline in April. Online Payment Options Woodside has developed convenient opportunities for Membership Holders to pay dues, tournament entries and league registration online. Access is available 24/7 from the comfort of your home or office.

6 OBLIGATIONS Woodside Prepaid Membership Holders are reminded that as per the Woodside Membership Agreement (Article 3.01-G), payment of Annual Dues are compulsory each season. The minimum green fee package must be purchased annually to meet the obligations of the Membership Holder. Woodside Prepaid Membership Holders are also reminded that as per the Woodside Membership Agreement (Article 3.01-H), if a Membership Holder does not meet their annual dues obligations and their Membership becomes delinquent for a period greater than (24) months, the Membership will be revoked and immediately returned to Woodside Golf Course Inc. with no remuneration forwarded. To be clear, the Membership will forfeit to Woodside Golf Course Inc. and the holder of the Membership will receive no compensation and will have no further privileges at Woodside Golf Course.
