3 ABOUT THE HOOT-OWL TOUR Organized in 2016 the HOT Events are conducted by South Georgia Golf Promotions providing Amateur Golfers an enjoyable and affordable event that allows golfers to compete fairly within their flights and overall field. All events are governed by USGA, HOOT OWL TOUR and Local Rules. Most of all, it is a A FUN AND CASUAL GOLF TOUR! where the camaraderie among participants and the lifelong friendships that are forged are forever. Get in the Game. You will join fellow competitors in individual and team formats, based on player s age or handicap for flighting and tee assigments. You Can Play And You Can Win. All events will consist of male Amateur Golfers 21 years old and up with 4 flights based on age , Up and official USGA handicap So get in the game and join in the fun. The HOOT OWL TOUR is about to make history and you ll want to be part of it! Entry Fee All events will have an entry fee plus greenfees. Members of the host club will pay entry fee and cart fee. 4 The 19 th Hole Following completion of play you re invited to The 19 th Hole for interactive contests, food, and your favorite beverage. Don t miss out! Please note that the 19 th hole purchases and gratuaties are not included in entry-fee. IT S GOING TO BE A HOOT! Following play on July 30 a Kick-Off Party with door prizes will be hosted and sponsored by Sonny s Bar B Q Prizes will include Hoot-Owl Tour Hats and Shirts, Titleist Golf Balls, gift certificates free green fees for a foursome at South Georgia Golf Courses, Free Entry to next event (does not include green fees). Grand Prize will be one year membership to three golf courses.
