Cup Invitational Golf Tournament for the attending distinguished guests and our clients who support us in the past several years. We cordially invite everyone to participate in the tournament enthusiastically. I. Arrangements of Wang Jing & Co. Cup Invitational Golf Tournament: Plan 1: Wang Jing & Co. Cup Golf Warm-up Session Venue: Guangzhou Nan Sha Golf Club Address: No.65, Xi Wan West Road, Nansha District, Guangzhou Tel.: Start Time: The warm-up session formally starts at 1200hrs on Saturday 19 th November 2011 End Time: Around 1630hrs Plan 2: Wang Jing & Co. Cup Golf Tournament Venue: Guangzhou International Golf Club Address: Forestry Center, Xian Village, Xintang, Zengcheng District, Guangzhou Tel.: Start Time: The tournament formally starts at 12:00 on Sunday on Sunday 20 th November 2011 End Time: Around 1700hrs Plan 3: Venue: Wang Jing & Co. Cup Award Ceremony and Celebration Party LAVAZZA (an Italian restaurant), located at 1 st Floor, Block C, GT Land Plaza, Zhu Jiang New Town, Guangzhou Award Time: 1930hrs on Sunday 20 th November 2011 Party Time: 1900hrs to 2230hrs II. Awards Champion for gross score: Runner-up for gross score: Champion cup for gross score + prize (golf coupons valued RMB2,000) Runner-up cup for gross score + prize (a putter of new arrival)

2 Third Place for gross score: Third-place cup for gross score+ prize (58 degree wedge) Champion for net score: Champion cup for net score + prize (one Ipad 2) Runner-up for net score: Runner-up cup for net score + prize (golf coupons valued RMB1500) Third Place for net score: Third-place cup for net score+ prize (package of famous brand cloth) Prize for the nearest to the pin: Cup for the nearest to the pin + prize (golf hat+ 2 boxes of golf balls) BB Prize: Golf hat+ 2 boxes of golf balls Participation Prize: A polo shirt with the logo of Wang Jing & Co. (please provide your size at the time of application for this golf tournament) (The prizes, souvenirs, transportation, and celebration party are sponsored by Wang Jing & Co.) Note: the contestant cannot walk away with two or more awards. If the contestant s performance satisfies the requirements of two or more awards, the contestant will only be awarded with the highest one among those he or she wins. III. Participation Cost 1. Wang Jing & Co. Cup Golf Warm-up Session (on contestants own account) a. The cost is RMB900.00, including buffet lunch, green fee, caddie fee and locker fee, and should be paid at the time of registration (the tips to caddie and personal consumption are on contestants account). b. At 0900hrs in China Hong Kong City, Hong Kong, A ferry will sail to Nansha, Guangzhou, and the estimated time of arrival is about 1015hrs. At 1020hrs in Nansha terminal, the bus arranged by the golf club will take you to the club (the trip is about 5 minutes). The domestic contestants may go to the club by themselves, or wait at the lobby of Ramada Pearl Hotel Guangzhou before 1015hrs where Wang Jing & Co. will provide transport to the domestic contestants to the club at 1015hrs.. 2. Wang Jing & Co. Cup Golf Tournament (on contestants own account) a. The cost is RMB700.00, including buffet lunch, green fee, caddie fee and locker fee, and should be paid at the time of registration (the tips to caddie and personal consumption are on contestants account). b. At 0915hrs on 20 th November in Ramada Pearl Hotel Guangzhou, the host will arrange bus to take the contestants to the International Golf Club; at 0930hrs in Guangzhou Train East Station, the host will arrange bus to take those contestants

3 who arrive at Guangzhou by taking the train No. T812 from Hong Kong to Guangzhou to the club. The domestic contestants may go to the club by themselves. After the golf tournament is closed, the host will arrange bus to take contestants to Ramada Pearl Hotel Guangzhou or Grand Hyatt Guangzhou (the last train No.T811 from Guangzhou to Hong Kong will depart at 2132hrs). The contestants from Hong Kong will be notified of the detailed arrangement before 16 th November. 3.
