2 Messages I congratulate all competitors for having been selected to represent their country in the 2018 European Amateur Team Championship, Division 2 and wish them all a most enjoyable event. European amateur golf attracts an increasing number of elite players and it is most encouraging to see a growing number of countries taking part in our team events. The European Golf Association is most grateful to the Polish Golf Union and Rosa Private Golf Club for hosting the event. Best wishes to all for a most successful championship. Team Fee Team fee amounts to 1.200 EUR for six players, a team captain and a team advisor. Each additional person accompanying the team will be charged 150 EUR.

7 Information Registration Team captains are asked to register their players at the Tournament Office at the club house on Monday, 9 July from 8:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. and on Tuesday, 10 July from 8:00 a.m. till 12:00 a.m. Catering Breakfast is included and will be served from 6:00 a.m. Lunches will be served at Rosa Private GC. The price of the lunch voucher is 20 EUR per person and day. Vouchers will be available upon registration and on all championship days. The payment will have to be made in cash in PLN or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express). Water and fruit will be available for all players, captains and advisors free of charge on the course during the four championship days. Practice Facilities Driving range, chipping and putting greens will be open from 6:00 a.m. till 7:00 p.m. daily. Practice Days Two official practice rounds will take place on Monday, 9 July and on Tuesday, 10 July based on the EGA official draw for practice rounds.

8 Information Caddies No caddies are allowed except for fellow-team members. Manual Trolleys Manual trolleys will be available at the golf course. Course Guide A course guide will be available for all players, captains and advisors at the club house. Ceremonies The Opening Ceremony will be held on Tuesday, 10 July at the club house followed by the Welcome Party. The Closing Ceremony & Farewell Dinner will be held on Saturday, 14 July immediately after the end of all matches on the final day. Dress Code A reasonable standard of dress is required at all times on the course and in the club house. Only soft spikes are permitted on the course. Team uniforms are requested for ceremonies and the official team photo.

Rosa Private Golf Club consists of 18 holes golf course of a championship class, driving range with 80 stands, 1500 m 2 putting green, chipping green and training bunkers.
