You ll also find Ballston Spa Country Club s course conditioning is second to none, with undulating greens, beautifully groomed tee boxes, majestic fairways and contoured bunkers, all meticulously maintained for your enjoyment. 3. MEMBER EVENTS & CAMARADERIE Ballston Spa CC has developed several Club events, which are open to members only. Our annual Member Guest, Member/Member, Club Championship, and Cross Country are just a few. Our Tuesday Night League and our Saturday morning members round up are a few ways to meet new people and enjoy some fun competition. 4. PROFESSIONAL SHOP Our golf shop at Ballston Spa CC is fully stocked with latest golf apparel from Antigua, Cutter & Buck, and FootJoy just to name a few. We also carry golf balls, bags, shoes, and accessories by Titleist and FootJoy. Members recieve 10% off all golf apparel, balls, clubs, and accessories.

4 5. PREFERRED TEE TIMES Members at Ballston Spa Country Club will have the opportunity to book tee times two weeks in advance. Daily fee players are only given a seven-day window to secure their tee times. Also the tee will be blocked every Saturday/ Sunday Morning for the Members only. 6. YOUR GUEST S RECEIVE A DISCOUNT When you bring a guest to play with you at any time they will receive a 25% off the rack rate for the day. This cannot be combined with any other specials we may have on that given day. 7. SERVICE ORIENTED & THE FRIENDLIEST OF STAFF Our staff led by Todd Manderson, PGA Director of Golf, SteveSolsky, Golf Course Superintendent and Director of Grounds, Henry s Tavern, Food & Beverage Vendor, along with the rest of our staff are here to provide all members with an unparalleled experience. 5 MEMBERSHIP at BSCC We are a Member-owned, Semi-private Country Club dedicated to golf. Public play is not permitted on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Members are always given preference when booking tee-times everyday of the week. We have a Membership Cap of 375, providing an ample freedom of choice when reserving a tee time. It also means an end to the five-hour rounds experienced at most public golf courses. At BSCC, we have several Membership options to accomodate your needs. We also offer Corporate Memberships that can be used in an employee incentive or reward program as well as a means of entertaining customers with or without a coroporate member in attendance. The BSCC Charter Corporate Membership Plan can be customized to meet your business needs. This type of membership plan can also be used as an employee reward program, it is not limited to only customers.

14 2017 MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT I/We hereby apply for membership at the Ballston Spa Country Club. Specific financial details listed here have been explained and are understood and agreed to: 1. Dues for each calendar year are based on your chosen membership category. Dues must be paid in-full unless you are utilizing a monthly payment plan. If you choose the twelve month plan, you agree to pay the full amount even if you leave the Club for whatever reason before the end of the year. Initial here. 2. BSCC is a member-owned club. This membership may become a voting membership upon completion of payment for one share of stock for $2, Such payment may be done immediately or in three annual payments of $ If you joined under the 2016 membership special, your annual payments will be $ ($ $300). Installments are due August 1st of each year. All fully paid stockholders may redeem their share of stock for $2, upon separation from the Club as a member in good standing. Partially paid shares will be subject to a $ per annum charge for past playing privileges. Any monies paid by Ballston Spa Country Club toward a share of stock (as a result of any membership specials) are non-refundable until a full share of stock is purchased and paid. Initial here. 3. 15 4. I/We understand and agree to the clubhouse minimum expenditures of $50 for a single membership and $90 for a couple or family membership. This minimum applies to the months of May through October. Initial here. 5. I/We agree that the cost of a membership is for the full annual amount cited, or for all 12 monthly payments. Initial here. 6. It is understood, if a member is unable to play golf, during the season, due to an unexpected injury or medical condition, the Dues Policy would apply. Dues will not be refunded but a percentage may be deferred to the following year subject to approval by the Board of Directors. The percent deferred is based on the table below.
