This 18 hole Puddiecombe designed course has pristine golf surfaces, five tee deck options, varied shot options from the tee with multiple layup areas all on sand capped fairways. The course is. Thursday 21 st September 2017 NZPWG Anita Boon Pro-Am at North Shore Golf Club Mixed Field Includes use of the driving range, lunch, glass of bubbly after the tournament, as well as a light buffet dinner followed by the prize giving. Amateurs with a max handicap of 28 are welcome to play (All competitors must hold a valid handicap). Separate team competition each day with best two stablefords combined to count (pro s stableford can contribute) on each hole. Amateurs may elect to take the pro s drive up to 6 times in the round on any par 4 or 5 hole and play the hole out from there. Professionals are playing a 36 hole stroke play competition over 2 days. Each team will comprise 3 amateurs and 1 professional which will either be an Australian Pro who may be escorting your group on this tour or a future pro (an elite NZ amateur) that you are drawn with. Friday 22 nd September 2017 NZPWG Anita Boon Pro-Am at North Shore Golf Club Mixed Field Includes use of the driving range, lunch, glass of bubbly after the tournament, as well as a raffle, charity auction, light buffet dinner followed by the prize giving. Another great day at the Anita Boon Pro Am with mixed amateurs teaming up with professional women golfers. Separate team competition each day with best two stablefords combined to count on each hole. Professionals are playing a 36 hole stroke play competition over 2 days.

4 Saturday 23 rd September 2017 Wine Tasting Tour of Waiheke Island with lunch at Mudbrick Vineyard & Restaurant Today, leave the city behind with a 35 minute ferry trip to Waiheke Island, known as the 'island of wine' for its many wineries and vineyards. In landscape, lifestyle and experience, Waiheke is a world away from the city, with a haven of beautiful vineyards, olive groves and beaches. The island boasts more than a dozen high-quality vineyards, where we will enjoy local wine while looking out over vine-covered valleys to the blue sea beyond. With the heather and pines, open environment, sand dunes, pot bunkering you could be forgiven for thinking you re playing a traditional British seaside links course, the black sand rather than white in the bunkers and on the dunes helps to remind you that you re in New Zealand. As Golf & Tours Pty Ltd is only acting as an agent we have no liability in respect to the supply of any element of your booking, including any liability for illness, personal injury, death or loss of any kind, delay and inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any provider of travel services or products or by other third parties unless caused by our negligence. Flights This tour requires a minimum number of golfers to proceed. Please do not book your flights until you have been advised by Golf & Tours that this tour will be proceeding. If minimum numbers are not achieved, you will be offered a full refund or opportunity to transfer your deposit to another tour. Travel Insurance Golf & Tours Pty Ltd strongly recommends that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of paying a deposit. The policy should provide cover for loss of deposit, cancellation and additional expenses, medical expenses and repatriation and loss or damage to baggage and valuables. You are responsible for making any special or increased insurance arrangements which you deem are necessary. The payments made to G&T for your tour are non-refundable. Travel insurance will cover you for unseen circumstances that may force you to withdraw from the tour. Pricing Every effort is made to ensure that the prices quoted to you are correct; however, Golf & Tours Pty Ltd acts only as an agent and relies on information provided to us from our suppliers of the travel services and products listed in this itinerary. We will bring to your attention any change in price prior to you paying the balance of the tour. N.B some golf clubs, hotels, transfer companies and travel service providers reserve the right to increase their pricing due to increases in green fees, hotel accommodation charges and currency fluctuations etc. Where the increase in price is greater than 10% of the original price of the tour, you may choose to either: (a) cancel the applicable booking without incurring any penalty; or (b) accept the change of price

8 You must notify Golf & Tours of your choice, in writing within 14 days of receipt of notice of the increase or you will be deemed to have accepted the price change and will be liable for payment of the increase. Payments Golf & Tours accepts the following payment methods: Direct bank deposits, cheque and credit card (Visa, American Express or MasterCard N.B a credit card processing fee applies). A deposit of AU$500 per person is required to secure your place on this tour. Please indicate on the booking form how you wish to make this payment. The balance will be due 90 days prior to departure ie. on 28 th June On 27 th June at 10am, this tour will be converted from NZD to AUD using the best rate from the 4 major banks.
