2 Celebrate with mini golf, friends, food, & fun! Select from 10:00am, 12:30pm or 3:00pm on a Saturday or Sunday! Minimum of 10 guests & maximum of 25 guests. Minimum age of 5 years old. INCLUSIONS 2 hour party duration with room hire and dedicated Party Coordinator 18 or 36 holes of mini golf We set up, run the party, & clean up! Party invitations provided on our website Special present for the birthday child MENU Party pies Sausage rolls Cocktail frankfurts Fairy bread Potato chips Cordial & Water You are welcome to bring a cake, candles, and lolly bags. We supply the cake-knife, matches, and fridge/freezer for cake storage. 18 holes: $23.00 per child 36 holes: $27.00 per child

3 PARTY FORMAT AND TIMING We advise the hosts to arrive 5 minutes before the due start time of their party to settle in, meet the Party Coordinator and begin to greet guests. We wait 5-10 minutes after your starting time to ensure that all guests have arrived and then lead the children down to the mini golf. A how to play and basic rules brief is conducted and then the children begin the mini golf! Parents escort and supervise the children around mini golf while we look after the food and ensure it is timed to perfection. 18 holes takes around 45 minutes and after mini golf is completed it is straight to your delicious party food. Games such as tiggy, soccer, octopus, or musical games are played between food and cake. More games can be played after cake if time permits, otherwise it may be time to hand out the lollybags and say goodbye. For parties playing 36 holes, your second round commences after cake. We kindly ask that all parties adhere to the 2 hour party period, however you are most welcome to move the party to the Al Fresco area or Mini Golf balcony to continue the celebrations!

4 PAYMENT & FINAL NUMBERS Confirmed final numbers will be required by the Thursday before your party. Full payment is required on the day with the $60.00 deposit deducted from the final amount. Please note that we do not take American Express. RESCHEDULING Please contact the Party Coordinator to arrange a date change. This will be rescheduled according to available dates and times. WET WEATHER We are an outdoor facility while the party room is undercover, the mini golf is not. We do have music and speakers available in the room to continue playing games. We will go ahead with mini golf in the rain and strongly encourage rain jackets. In the case of lightning or thunder, return vouchers to the mini golf will be issued to each guest while we spend the party time with arts and crafts, and musical games inside. 5 HOW TO BOOK YOUR PARTY the following information to Jordyn at Preferred party dates and times (10am, 12:30pm, or 3pm) Your child s name and age they are turning Approximate number of children attending Your best contact number Please note a $60.00 deposit will also be needed to confirm your booking and this can be paid in person or over the phone on The $60.00 deposit will be deducted from the final amount payable on the day. All bookings will be tentatively held for 7 days and then automatically released if the deposit has not been paid.

6 PARTY DECORATIONS The party room will be decorated with a large Happy Birthday banner, flag bunting, a colourful tablecloth and table centre centrepieces. You are most welcome to bring additional decorations (ie: balloons or streamers) or if your child would like a particular decoration theme. INVITATIONS Invitations can be found online at the very bottom of the Mini Golf Kids Party Page. ADULT CATERING You are most welcome to bring your own catering for parents. Popular choices are platters of fruit, sushi, sandwiches. Please note that we do not allow BYO alcohol as we are fully licensed. DRINKS We can set up a TAB for you and your guests for coffee, tea, and any other beverages at our Pro Shop. YOU'RE INVITED IT'S BIRTHDAY!
