4 Forms Available in this Packet Expo Layout Map Electricity & Wireless Internet: All booths will be furnished with a 500 watt electrical outlet with exception to the fenced lot. If you need to order additional power please contact our office Wireless internet access throughout the entire venue will be available through Frontier Communications at $14.99 for a 2 day pass or $22.99 for a 7 day pass. Please contact Frontier at or log on to to purchase your pass. Freight : Freight will be the total responsibility of the exhibitor, but there are some things you should know. Tents & Canopies: Exterior booth space is space only! You will need to rent a canopy, tables & chairs from Source One Events. Sponsorships: There are multiple opportunities to promote your company during the expo. Please do not pay for an interior booth if it has not been verified by our staff that your booth location is indoors. 8 x 10 $ The Mining Mall is a large tent located in the back parking lot of the Elko Convention Center. This location contains 124 booths Booth price includes one (1) skirted table, two (2) chairs, draping, and a 500 watt electrical outlet.. Additional items such as tables and chairs may be obtained through Source One Events. The price for an exterior booth is for SPACE ONLY and the booths are OUTSIDE. Electricity is included in the price of your booth. Exterior booth prices do not include a canopy, tent, table or chairs. 6 2014 Elko Mining Expo Freight Instructions Please send all freight to: Your Company Name: 2014 Elko Mining Expo c/o Elko Convention & Visitors Authority 700 Moren Way Elko NV, Booth Number: Make sure you put your booth number on all the pieces of freight you send. Advance to Warehouse: The Convention Center will start accepting freight on May 21, Direct to Showsite: Freight will be accepted on Monday, June 2 and should arrive no later than Tuesday, June 3 rd. The Convention Center forklift will be on the property to get your freight to your assigned booth. We do not have a loading dock or loading ramps available. All equipment will be off loaded and/or loaded with a forklift. There will be a $75.00/hour charge for forklift use, with a minimum charge of 1 hour per use. Use of the forklift exceeding 1 hour will be charged in ½ hour increments. PAYMENT FOR FORKLIFT MUST BE MADE IN ADVANCE. For freight weighing more than 8,000 lbs. please contact Sterling Crane at (775) to schedule placing your property in your assigned booth. The Company you use to ship your freight is up to you however; Old Dominion is the Elko Mining Expo s Non-Exclusive Freight Carrier. Please see the Old Dominion s Shipping link at for ease of shipment. It is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to arrange for pick-up of all OUTBOUND shipments. Please make sure that your outbound shipments are labeled correctly and securely before you leave the property. The show ends Friday, June 6, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. Freight can be picked up after 3:00 on Friday or all day Saturday, June 7th. If you have any questions regarding regional freight, please call the ECVA at (800) CUSTOMS CLEARANCE For exhibitions needing assistance with customs clearance, contact Old Dominion. 5

7 Forklift Order Form Forklifts will be onsite to assist you with the movement of your freight and can accommodate anything weighing up to 8,000 lbs. If your freight weighs over this amount, you will need to contact Sterling Crane at (775) for assistance in placing your property in your assigned booth. GOLD LEVEL - $3,500+ Gold level sponsors are entitled to one table of ten at the Opening Ceremonies Reception (attendance is limited to a first come, first serve basis), registration for a team of four players for one round at the Mining Expo Golf Tournament (YOU MUST REGISTER TO GOLF! SPACE IS LIMITED) this includes tickets to the Golf Awards Banquet for each player. Gold sponsors will also be given the opportunity to have their logo placed on Expo material such as programs, advertising, etc. as well as receiving a free advertisement in the official Expo program. SILVER LEVEL - $2,000+ Silver Level sponsors are entitled to five tickets to the Opening Ceremonies Reception and will be given the opportunity to have their logo in the official Expo program listing your company as a sponsor, company name listing your company as a sponsor on all sponsor boards as well as a free advertisement in the official Expo program. 12 2014 MINING EXPO GOLF TOURNAMENT SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES June 2 nd & 3 rd Ruby View Golf Course, Elko, Nevada The Elko Mining Expo and Expo Open Golf Tournament have become a tradition throughout the mining community. Over 350 golfers participate in this tournament each year, providing your company with a great deal of exposure. Your company may participate through sponsorship, and here s how: TOURNAMENT BEVERAGE SPONSOR - $800 (EIGHT AVAILABLE) This sponsorship acknowledges your company as a BRONZE SPONSOR on all promotional material, and on our sponsorship board. Your company name will be displayed at each beverage location on the golf course throughout the tournament. DRIVING RANGE SPONSOR - $500 (FOUR AVAILABLE) A sign with your company s name will be prominently displayed on the Driving Range for the duration of the tournament, as well as being listed in all promotional material, and on the sponsorship board. LONGEST DRIVE OR CLOSEST-TO-THE-PIN - $600 (FOUR AVAILABLE) A sign with your company s name will be on the Longest Drive or Closest-to-the-Pin holes for the duration of the tournament. There are four of these sponsorships available: Men s Longest Drive, Women s Longest Drive, Men s Closest-to-the-Pin, and Women s Closest-to-the-Pin. PUTTING GREEN SPONSOR - $500 (FOUR AVAILABLE) A sign with your company s name will be on the putting green for the duration of the Expo Open. Hole promotions or giveaways must be approved by the ECVA.
