2 Course History Welcome to Tumwater Valley Golf Course! From the opening tee shot to your final putt, you will find generous landing areas, smooth fast greens, few bunkers, the riparian-protected De-schutes River and open vistas of Mount Rainier. You will see wildlife ranging from redtail hawks, blue herons, river otters, beavers, whitetail deer, coyotes and, of course, the fall salmon run. Tumwater Valley offers 20 holes of championship caliber golf the entire family will enjoy; multiple tee boxes for all skill levels; an expansive practice area with a 35,800 square foot putting green, a chipping/pitching green and a practice bunker with varying degrees of difficulty. The 10 acre driving range features a grass teeing ground where you can always find room to work on your swing or warm up in one of the 10 stalls protected from the elements.

5 Course Layout Play is governed by USGA Rules except when modified by USGA approved local rules. Course boundaries are defined by fences & white OB stakes. OB right on 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14 and 16. OB behind greens on 2 and 14. Lateral water hazards on holes 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 12, 15 and 16. Power wires mandatory replay, no penalty. Substitute another ball. Well houses, their concrete pads and associated pipes are immovable obstructions. Rules Embedded ball rule is in effect through the green. (App. I Part B.3a)
