Click: Member Login Use your member # as your user name (Spouses add the letter A at the end of their account #). Use your last name as your password. Set up your profile. 2. On the Club s homepage Click on the ForeTees icon. You will be automatically logged in. 2. NOTE: The Club s ForeTees mobile app is coming soon. How to Submit a Lottery Request Go to the Tee Times tab and select Make, Change, or View Tee Times. Left click on the day you want to play. Select the Course Green days are available for booking tee times. Live tee sheets. Red Days are available for booking a Lottery Request and will turn Green when the lottery is approved. Click on Lottery to create a tee time request. Select Lottery from the menu options. From the drop down menu select the preferred course and the time you would like to play. Select the total number of consecutive tee times to request and click on Continue.

4 Cancelling or Editing a Person from a Tee Time/Lottery Request: (Refer to the screen shots below) Go to the Tee Times tab and select My Tee Times List. Click on the time of your tee time request to edit and then click on Continue to get to the edit page Click on the erase button next to the name of the person(s) who are to be removed from the tee time. Add players by selecting them from the member list or guest type list. Click on the Submit Changes button. If you would like to remove all players from the request, then click on the button Cancel Request. If you would like to edit the lottery request or players, click Continue. Click erase to the left of each player to remove and click on Submit Request once completed.

Once the list is created, it will always default to this list when booking a tee time.

5 Helpful Hints Partner/Guest List: To speed up your tee time bookings, go to the Partners tab. Select members from the Member List by typing the first few letters of their last name and then clicking on their name. When booking an Accompanied Guest, ensure you fill out First & Last name and also an address, as your guest will also receive an confirmation. This will build your guest list and allow you to select this guest for future reservations. Signing up for Events Select the Events tab to view upcoming golf events. Refer to the Sign up start date and end date so that you know when to sign up for the event online. Your name will automatically appear in the player one slot. If the event allows you to sign up your own team, you will see more than one player position available. Select the members/guests you will be playing with and click on Submit. Once the sign up has been submitted you will receive an confirmation from ForeTees.
