2 GAMES Twelve Tne Rw- The purpse f Twelve-Tne Rw is t accumulate as many pints as pssible. Each bstacle has the value f its number n curse. The same bstacle may have different values, depending n the directin in which it is perfrmed. The handler may direct his dg t perfrm the bstacles in any rder he chses. If the dg chses the bstacle t perfrm, the handler will have t live with it. Only 12 bstacles may be perfrmed. The 12th must be the weave ples, in either directin. The dg and handler team will earn the assigned pint values f the bstacles taken. N pints are awarded fr a repeated bstacle. Clck Watchers - Tw dgs run the same curse at the same time, chasing each ther arund the bstacles which are laid ut like the face f a clck. The tw dgs start in the middle f the circle, preferably n tables. They bth g frward ver a hurdle and then bth turn right int the flw f the circular curse. The dgs g arund the curse clckwise until each dg returns back t the side n which it started. After taking the last hurdle in the circle, each dg must turn right and g back ver the hurdle n which they started. Each dg then finishes n its riginal starting table. On curse, a slwer dg must give way t a faster dg. Just In Time - The bjective f this game is t arrive at the table as quickly as pssible after the expiratin f the pint accumulatin perid. Just In Time is identical t the pintaccumulatin perid f USDAA Gamblers. The dg has precisely 30 secnds t scre pints. This is a dg s-chice game. The dg can perfrm bstacles in the rder and directin f his chsing (hpefully, with sme cllabratin frm the handler). Pwer & Speed - Each handler and dg runs a curse that is split int tw sectins: Pwer and Speed. Pwer The pwer curse will cntain n mre than 7 bstacles, including three cntact bstacles, 12 weave ples, and a maximum f three spread hurdles. In the Pwer sectin, the bstacles shuld be laid ut in a difficult sequence. Speed The Speed sectin cntains a straightfrward sequence f jumps nly. The gal is fr the dg t run the curse as fast as pssible, preferably with n faults. Beat The Clck - The bjective is fr the team t perfrm the clck f bstacles befre the time expires. Typically, the standard curse time is sixty secnds. Time T Beat - Curses will be built with bstacles frm Jumpers With Weaves (JWW), with ptin f having ne t tw cntacts included n the curse. The setting f the time by exhibitrs is different than the current AKC classes (Standard and JWW) where the Standard Curse Time (SCT) is set by the curse yardage as wheeled by the judge. Disclamer Judge s briefing n day f trial supersedes any previus briefings. The judge will discuss in mre detail the game techniques. Dgs may receive placement ribbns withut qualifying. Fast track dgs will nly get Qualifying ribbns at the Beginner/Games I and Intermediate/Games II levels. Eligibility This trial is pen t all dgs under 20 and ver the age f 12 mnths, except bitches in seasn, aggressive dgs r dgs suffering frm any defrmity, injury r illness which may affect a dg s physical r mental perfrmance. Yur dg must be registered with TDAA t participate in TDAA Trials. There is a registratin frm included in this premium, r yu can register the first day f the trial. Judges reserve the right t measure dgs entered in any trial. At the handler s ptin, dgs may be entered in a higher height divisin, but nt in a lwer than their prper height divisin. Dgs that run in a height divisin lwer than their divisin will be eliminated. A judge must measure prvisinal dgs. 2 jump height - Restricted t dgs measuring 4 r less at the withers; r dgs with a jump height exemptin measuring 8 r less. 4 jump height - Restricted t dgs measuring 8" r less at the withers; r dgs with a jump height exemptin measuring 12 r less 8 jump height - Restricted t dgs measuring 12 r less at the withers; r dgs with a jump height exemptin measuring 16 r less. 12 jump height - Restricted t dgs measuring 16 r less at the withers; and pen t all dgs with a jump height exemptin measuring 20" r less. 16 jump height - Open t all dgs measuring 20" r less at the withers. Special prvisins are made fr the dgs that are lng-backed, r dgs whse depth f chest is greater than his legs length. E1 - Lng backed dgs The lng-backed dg wuld be based n the measurements f the dg frm the frnt f the chest t the back f his rear cmpared t the measurement f the dg s height at the withers. As a rule f thumb, if the dg s length is 150% r greater than the height measurement, the dg wuld qualify fr this exemptin. E2 - Weight t length prvisin (by structure, nt besity) This exemptin shuld be limited t certain breeds that have a prpensity fr weight that is greater than their height if yu cmpare punds t inches. E 3 - Dgs with dwarfish legs/deep chest dgs This exemptin is granted t dgs whse leg t shulders height rati is 1/3 r less f the dg s verall height. The exemptin fr dg s with dwarfish legs in based n the measurement f the dg s withers height, when that height is 150% r greater than the measurement f the space frm the flr t chest. A veteran dg is a dg at least 7 years f age. There is n special system f titling fr veteran dgs. A dg als may be given a waiver t jump at a lwer height even thugh he des nt meet any f the criteria fr a jump height exemptin. A waiver will be given t a dg fr extrardinary circumstance. Dgs given a waiver t a lwer jump height will be able t earn qualifying legs and all TDAA titles.
