2 SHOW RULES AND INFORMATION 1. This single point show will follow the rules of USA-Equestrian Federation (USEF) and SHJA. Where these rules do not apply, decisions of show management will be binding. Go to SHJA.org for more information. 2. Any person entering the show grounds is responsible for knowing and agreeing to abide by the rules listed by show management. 3. Show management reserves the right to combine or cancel any class(es). 4. Pre-entry is $15 per class if entry is received prior to the Wednesday before the horse show. All entries received after that day will be charged a $20 late fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. 5. No number will be issued until the entry form has been signed and payment received by the Show Secretary. 6. After arrival on the show grounds, horses withdrawn from a class without a certificate from a veterinarian will forfeit their entry fee. Such certificate must be on file with the show secretary. 7. Approved hard hats MUST be worn at all times by all exhibitors in all classes, and for any person mounted on a horse or pony anywhere on the show grounds. Protective headgear and proper attire are mandatory in all classes unless it states otherwise in the description of the class. Back numbers must be visible at all times. 8. All Junior and Children s horses must be handled by Junior exhibitors in all phases of a class. 9. Schooling on the grounds will be on Friday before the show from 12:00 noon until 5:30 pm. No schooling in either ring will be allowed on Saturday morning. 10. All dogs must be on a leash at all times. 11. Consession stand will be open on the grounds. 12. Any act of discourtesy to a judge or show official on the part of any trainer, owner, rider or groom will immediately disqualify any horse with which they are associated and entry fees will be forfeited. 13. Show management reserves the right to decline any exhibitor s entry or any horse before the show and reserves the right to order from the premises any person without being liable for compensation. 14. Proof of current negative Coggins will be required of each horse entering the show grounds. 15. Limited number of stalls are available for $30/night. Stall fee must accompany entry form to reserve stall.
