3 Show Information Casual Show Attire Proper breeches and hard soled boots/shoes. Polo shirts may be worn. Approved hard hats must be worn at all times while mounted. MOHJO Hunter Derby $300 Prize Money. There will be 3 height sections offered, all judged as one class. Ribbons will be awarded 1-12 places, formal attire is recommended. Refer to USHJA Hunter Derby Rules. This class consists of 2 rounds, a classic and a handy hunter course. Bonus points may be added in each for style, quality, movement, and brilliance of pace. To be eligible to enter, the horse must be entered in one hunter division at the show. See office for more information. Entry fee $50. Prize Money: 1st-$100, 2nd-$80, 3rd-$70, 4th-$50 Best Decorated Box A prize will be awarded to the best decorated box. Judging will take place Saturday after the completion of the show rings, prior to the Hunter Derby. Division Classics Division Classics will be scored over two rounds. The first classic round will be the 2nd division hunter round. Riders will then return immediately for a 2nd classic round. Ribbons will be awarded 1-8 places. *** Trophies for 2018!!!*** Become a Sponsor! Sponsor a class at the Bridlespur Horse Show for $30 or and entire division of your choice for $100. Sponsors will be recognized by the announcer during the class and presentation of ribbons. See inside back cover for details. Contact Jess for more info! Rules and Regulations USEF rules apply if not covered by MHSA or MOHJO. Trophies and Ribbons in all classes. Champion and Reserve for all divisions that have a minimum of 3 classes. Hard hat must be worn at all times. USEF approved required for Juniors. Horses may arrive after 1:00 p.m. Thursday, June 7. Management reserves the right to cancel or combine classes. Non-stabled horses pay $60/day trailer in fee. Please leave dogs at home. If not, a short leash and responsible handler is mandatory. $50 fine for loose dogs. Stall requests final by 5:00 pm Sunday, June 6. Trainers and owners are responsible for stalls not cancelled by this deadline. Warm up for hunter classes will run all day. There will be a charge of $40 for returned checks. Initial bedding NOT provided. Shaving orders must be received by 2 pm each day in the secretary office. (No refund for unused shavings) Schooling will be allowed Thursday 1pm-6:30pm. Friday, dawn until 8:30am. Saturday and Sunday, dawn until 7am. Parking: Ample parking is available in designated areas. Unload and park vehicles as soon as possible to eliminate congestion in the barn areas. DO NOT PARK IN THE FIRE LANES, YOU WILL BE TOWED AT YOUR EXPENSE. Adding at the gate: To add or scratch a class, the proper paperwork MUST be filled out in the horse show office prior to the completion of the class. A $5 rode-did-not-enter fee will be charged to those who go in classes without first filling out the paperwork. Private Property! All horses on the premise must have a signed entry/release before being ridden or handled. Trophies for the USHJA Tack Trunk Mini Medals are donated by the Tack Trunk Saddlery.
