5 General Information & Rules 1) Boots and ASTM certified helmets required for all riders 2) Outdoor arena is 100 x 200 with sand and rubber footing. 3) Indoor arena is 80 x 200 with sand and rubber footing. 4) Management reserves the right to combine/modify classes as needed 5) Must compete in all classes of division to be eligible for division awards. Must have a minimum of 3 participants in classes for points to count. 6) Beginner Rider in first year of showing. Novice Horse/Novice Rider has not won 3 blue ribbons in comparable classes. 7) No Dogs and No Stallions!!!! 8) Ponies must be ridden by junior rider 18 yrs & under 9) Fees refunded only with vet certificate and refunded 1 week after show 10) RRF Series fee must be paid in advance at each show for points to count towards series division high point. 6 Nancy Wild Medal Classes The NANCY WILD MEDAL SERIES was created by Lake Oswego Hunt in honor of Nancy Wild, LOH s former Hunter/Jumper trainer, who lost a valiant battle with breast cancer in Classes in this series are offered at LOH, Quarry Ridge Farm, Quiet Rein Riding School, and Arbor Grove Equestrian **(and Rolling Rock) shows throughout the year. These are special classes as all net proceeds from the Nancy Wild Medal classes are donated to the Providence Cancer Center for cancer research. You are contributing to a great cause while riding in a fun series. The Medal Series is designed to promote skills in developing riders similar to those in national hunter and jumper medal series. Top riders in the Hunter and Jumper series are invited to compete at the annual Nancy Wild Medal Finals held each September at LOH. The lead prize for the winner of the Finals is provided by our Champion of the Hunt Sponsor, CWD (a gift voucher of $1400). Top riders in the Futures classes are also invited to the Finals to compete for special prizes is the 11 th anniversary of the Finals (September 14, 2019) and will be special! The Nancy Wild Hunter Medal strives to promote the basic equitation skills necessary to advance towards the national medal levels. Open to amateur riders of all ages competing at 2 9 (.85m) and below for the season (Sept-Sept). Ride-off in judge s discretion. Course during the series to be set at 2'6." The Nancy Wild Jumper Medal is designed to promote the skills necessary to compete at a level equivalent to the USEF Talent Search Medal. Open to amateur riders of all ages competing at 2 9 (.85m) and below for the season (Sept-Sept.) Ride-off in judge s discretion. Course during the series to be set at 2'6." The Futures class is judged on suitability, not timed, and allows qualifiers to compete in the September Medal Finals in a special class. Open to amateur riders of all ages competing at 2 3 (.70m) and below for the Nancy Wild season (Sept-Sept). Course during series to be set at 18"-2'.

I AGREE in consideration for my participation in this competition ("Competition"), which is managed by Rolling Rock Farm LLC to the following: I AGREE the construction and application of Rolling Rock Farm, LLC rules are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, and any action instituted against Rolling Rock Farm, LLC must be filed in the State of Oregon. I AGREE that Rolling Rock Farm, LLC as used herein includes Competition Management, as well as all of their officials, officers, directors, employees, agents, personnel, and volunteers. I AGREE that I choose to participate voluntarily in the Competition with my horse, as a rider, handler, lessee, owner, agent, coach, trainer, or as parent of guardian of a junior exhibitor. I am fully aware and acknowledge that horse sports and the Competition involve inherit dangerous risks of accident, loss, and serious bodily injury including but not limited to broken bones, head injuries, trauma, pain, suffering, or death. ("Harm"). I AGREE to hold harmless and release the Rolling Rock Farm, LLC and Competition Management from all claims for money damages or otherwise for any Harm to me or my horse and for any Harm of any nature caused by me or my horse to others, even if the Harm arises or results resulted, directly or indirectly, from the negligence of the Competition. I AGREE to expressly assume all risks of Harm to me or my horse, including Harm resulting from the negligence of the Competition. I AGREE to indemnify (that is, to pay any losses, damages, or costs incurred by) the Competition and to hold them harmless with respect to claims for Harm to me or my horse, and for claims made by others for any Harm caused by me or my horse while at the Competition. I ACKNOWLEDGE that no protective equipment can guard against all injuries. If I am a parent or guardian of a junior exhibitor, I consent to the child's participation and I AGREE to all of the above provisions and I AGREE to assume all of the obligations of this Release on the child's behalf I represent that I have the requisite training, coaching and abilities to safely compete in this Competition.
