All Exhibitors: Must Have A Current (12 Months) Negative Coggins (EIA) Test To Show The Show Secretary And A Representative Of The Oda If They Come To The Show. This Is A State Law! Note: Division Criteria And Ages Are Effective The First Day Of The Competition Year (December 1). Horses And/Or Riders Eligible For A Particular Division On December 1 May Show In That Division For The Entire Competition Year. Note: Entry Deadline: Saturday, June 3 at 5 p.m. Entries Submitted Late Will Incur A $10.Late Fee. Be Sure To Submit Your Entries Before June 3 so We Can Start Getting Entries Into The Computer Before Everyone Arrives On Saturday Afternoon Or Early Sunday Morning. Instructions for Online Entries 1. Go to www.horseshowsonline.com. 2. If you do not have an account with Horseshows Online, near the top of the page click on Member Services.

Click on the I agree to the terms of service box. Click Next. 6. Choose a log-on id and password. Type the code as shown and click Next. 7. You now have an account.

3 Instructions for Online Entries 1. Go to 2. If you do not have an account with Horseshows Online, near the top of the page click on Member Services. Otherwise, log in to your account and go to step #9. 3. Near the lower left hand side of the page, click on Click here to create a new account. 4. Click Next. 5. Fill out the information requested. Click on the I agree to the terms of service box. Click Next. 6. Choose a log-on id and password. Type the code as shown and click Next. 7. You now have an account. Click the link Click here to go to member login page. 8. Log in to your account. 9. Click the tab that says My People, Horses, Shows. 10. Add as many people and horses as you need to in order to enter. This includes all horses that you intend to show, their owners, riders and trainers. These will stay on your account, so you only need to create them once - after that you will have them stored for future shows. 11. Once you have all your people and horses created, click the tab that says My Show Entries. 12. Click the button that says Enter a Show - Create New Online Entry. 13. Select the show you would like to enter. You are now through with the difficult part of using this system. All you need to do is follow along the instructions and choose the horse, owner, trainer and rider for each entry. The next screen will allow you to choose your classes. The screen after that will allow you to select how many stalls, including tack stalls, that you need, order shavings, and even sign up your non-showing horse. When you are through with the fees screen, the next screen will allow you to review your entry information and check to be sure it is correct. When you are sure that it is, click the next button to submit it to the show. The next screen will allow you to print a copy of the entry for your records. 4 Hunter Division All Medal Classes - $20 All other classes - $18 Warm Up Hunter Heights will be the same as the classes running concurrently. Leadline Open to riders six years and younger *Walk and may be asked to trot. Cross entry into any other classes at this show is notpermitted. Long And Short Stirrup Hunter Open to Long Stirrup riders 11 years and over and Short Stirrup riders ten years and younger who have not competed in classes 2 9 or higher at any HJEO, GO, OHJA or USEF recognized show. Fences are18 * No oxers or filler boxes. Flowers and ladders may used if they will hang under the 18 rail. Trotting not to be penalized for over fence classes. Not to canter in the under saddle. Academy Long/Short Stirrup Hunter - The academy divisions are open only to horses actively used by multiple riders in a lesson program. Not open to any rider who has competed in any class with fences at 2 9 or higher. A) trotting will not be penalized. B) all points are awarded to the rider, not the horse/rider combination. C) if the academy divisions do not fill at a given horse show, the entry may compete in the corresponding regular division. Points earned in the regular division will be calculated as academy division points. D) if the academy divisions are not offered, the academy short, long or beginner rider may show in the corresponding open division and have those points awarded in their corresponding division. Fences 2 6. The top 4-6 riders will test. Riders placing first or secondwill qualify for OHJA year-end ride offs to determine the OHJA Champions for the year. Riders placing first or second will qualify for OHJA yearend ride offs to determine the OHJA Champions for the year. Oklahoma 3 3 Medal (1) No age breakout is permitted (2) Minimum of three riders must complete the course. (3) The Oklahoma 3 3 Medal Class will be shown over a figure-eight course of at least eight obstacles with heights at 3 3 and spreads to 3 3. The course will have at least one oxer and two changes in direction (lead). Additional tests (tests 1-19) of the top four to six riders are required. Horse/Rider Eligibility. (1) Rider must meet USEF definition of being a junior rider or an amateur rider; no professional riders will be allowed to enter. (2) Rider must be a Member of OHJA; if a rider becomes a member at an OHJA recognized competition in which the Oklahoma 3 3 Medal Class is held, the rider must have delivered the dues and membership application to the show secretary before the rider competes in the Oklahoma 3 3 Medal Class at that OHJA recognized competition.
