8 TRADING YOUR WAY TO PROFIT So we ve got our accounts opened and you re itching to go. Beer s in the fridge and you re supporting countries top is on. So we need to get our calculator out (no worries there as you ve got the free one we gave you) and work out what we need to lay in order to secure a small loss. On the screen shot above you ll see that the draw is 3.50 to lay. This means we re now going to bet on the draw NOT happening.

This would result in an overall profit of 6.32p. If either team win then we lose the free bet in 888 Sport (of course we ve lost nothing as it was a free bet) but return 6.34 in our Betfair account.
